And one more thing, I keep interviewing people who say they are doing multiple tasks at other properties, like maintenance or breakfast or housekeeping during their front desk shift. We don't ask our Front Desk staff to do that. This is for a Front Desk position only.

Primary Responsibilities
• Greet guests and perform check-in/out procedures
• Follow all cash and credit card procedures required by hotel and brand standard
• Check house count to determine the rooms available for the day
• Review credit limit exception report & gets additional approval if necessary
• Check expected departures for today & clears checkouts or extends stays after check out time
• Update housekeeping room status when received from housekeeping
• Balance departments from daily activity report at the end of shift
• Performs cashier shift change when cash is in balance
• Explain any of the hotel's promotional items to each guest checking in & gives them to any guest who requests them
• Mention various hotel amenities, (i.e. free breakfast, spa, fitness center, voice mail, etc.) to guests during lags in phone or in-person conversations
• Respond promptly to any guests' inquiries or complaints; Offers alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
• Demonstrate commitment to servicing the guest by being hospitable and accommodating • Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
• Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education/Experience
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• One year hospitality experience required
• Customer service experience required
• Experience handling cash and credit card procedures
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of the hotel layout, all amenities offered, and all procedures & organization.
• Knowledge of local geographic area knowledge, area businesses & services, major highway/street information, and community events & attractions.

Essential Functions
Oversee an assigned location or area of the Stadium and respond to any situations such as ticket issues, ADA relocations, guest complaints, etc. Handle complaints, disturbances, or related problems with guests and staff when applicable. Respond to guest concerns in a respectful and calm manner.
Greet and guide all guests in a welcoming, friendly manner & thank all guests for coming upon ingress and egress. Answer guest questions with regard to location of a particular section, concession stands, restrooms. Help assist guests with mobile ticketing.
Ensure the public safety concerns for both internally and externally. Understand the Stadium layout and policies and procedures.
Respond to guest concerns in a respectful and calm manner and appropriately escalate issues to the Guest Experience Manager or Event Lead as needed. Document any challenges or issues that arise during the event. Communicate guest and management issues/concerns into the incident management system.
Assist with Stadium set-up procedures; including checking assigned areas, checking elevators, delivering documents and equipment such as radios, tablets, 24/7 devices, etc.
Assist management in executing emergency procedures if necessary, work closely with the Guest Experience Management as needed.
Manage lost & found program on event day, including logging found items in our electronic system and assisting with recovery of items.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote a positive fan experience by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
Greet guests, answer questions, and provide accurate directions.
Assist Guests with disabilities or special needs in accessing seating or services.
Validate tickets, monitor entry points, and ensure adherence to ballpark policies.
Screen for prohibited items and manage claim checks for items not allowed in the ballpark.
Respond to Guest issues or incidents in a calm, professional manner.
Maintain crowd control, especially during high-traffic times, and direct guests to their seats.
Inspect areas for safety hazards and report concerns to the supervisor.
Monitor alcohol consumption, report intoxicated or disruptive guests, and follow T.E.A.M. (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) guidelines.
Help guests with ticket issues by directing them to the Guest Experience Center.
Walk through seating areas to monitor guest safety, including responding to potential injuries or altercations.
Support emergency and evacuation procedures as directed.
Adhere to Coors Field policies and customer service standards C.A.R.E.S. program (Courteous, Aware, Responsive, Experience Focused, and Smile, Please & Thank You, as it represents the key elements of providing excellent customer service).
Rotate roles as needed and stay at your assigned post unless on break.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No previous experience required.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Punctual with consistent attendance, available for at least 50% of games each month and/or 50% of the overall season's games.
Must be able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with the public.
Ability to obtain and maintain TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) certification.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Part-time, seasonal role with hours varying by event including Rockies Home Games and Concerts at Coors Field
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work in various weather conditions (sun, rain, wind, cold, heat).
Stand for up to 6 hours and walk frequently around the ballpark, including navigating stairs and aisles.

Participate in monthly or quarterly product knowledge meetings.
Participate in continuous individual and group training sessions.
Participation in various school functions such as, but not limited to, orientation, open houses, and Guerilla Marketing as needed.
Represent the college in a professional and positive manner by attending and participating in various recruitment functions on site as requested.
Education and skills required:
Associates Degree is preferred but relevant experience will be considered.
Previous call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred.
Previous work experience in a sales related field preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem solve proactively.
Organizational and time management skills a must
The ability to exhibit excellent customer service and work in an open, team environment.
Work environment/physical demands:
Be able to work evenings and weekends, as necessary.
Ability to sit for eight to ten hours while communicating in a call center environment.
