The kids and the family's are the reason most staff stay
The management only care about money. They make staff feel like they are dumb. You go and talk the upper management and they say it stay between you and them but they go and tell everyone your business. They say they are all about woman! But they don't care about the women that work in the building. They only care about the community outside of the work place. They tell us they want us to all be friend and work together as a good team. But if you get to close they will move you class or tell you can't hang out out of work.
