**Responsibilities**
- Recognizes the importance of being a team player by adapting to project needs and helping in other areas as needed
- Fosters relationships with the Operations team and shows a willingness to learn about the work
- Understands the payroll and HR process workflow, and masters the systems used to properly hire, transfer, terminate, and pay all employees
- Comprehends how goods are purchased, invoices are received and paid, and maintains purchasing workflow internal controls
- Demonstrates understanding of the accounts payable process workflow and is able troubleshoot payment or vendor issues
- Understands intercompany and client billing process workflow, importance of timely and accurate billing documentation, and the effects of timeliness on cash management
- Ensures that all cost and cost adjustments are reviewed for accuracy to meet company standards and accounting rules
- Reviews costs, quantity claiming, budget structure and exception reports and makes appropriate corrections to ensure accurate reporting for management
- Identifies, adjusts, and reviews forecast and budget issues with the cost report to confirm proper recognition of cost and revenue

**Qualifications**
+ Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree
+ Ability to relocate anywhere in the country
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
+ Travel and/or relocation may be required for this position (up to 50%)
+ Experience working with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and other key excel functions is preferred

This position will be based at Kiewit's Offshore Services (KOS) yard in Ingleside, TX.
Responsibilities
This is a management position that performs duties that may include any combination of the following:
* Communicate between KOS and client management regarding safety matters
* Develop complete understanding of contract plans and specifications.
* Responsible for overseeing incident investigations reporting and follow through with corrective actions
* Work closely with the facility safety manager to develop and implement leading indicator action plans
* Manage and lead at team of 3-7 safety coordinators and techs.
* Interact with demanding clients and maintain a positive relationships with the client team
* Routinely inspect the facilities, machinery, and safety equipment in order to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
* Routinely monitor the workforce for unsafe behaviors and coach employees on the correct behaviors when observed.
* Write, organize and implement the jobsite safety plans.
* Perform daily reviews and inspection of the jobsite to assure compliance with federal, provincial, client and KOS policies.
* Coordinate and present safety training to support KOS and client requirements, including planning, documentation, and presentation. This will include: New Hire orientation, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout
* Attend the weekly general safety meeting, weekly supervisor safety meeting, and daily Tool Box meetings, as required.
* Coordinate with home office Safety Department on overall program, project training needs, injury management, citation management, OH&S reporting requirements, and other application matter
Qualifications
* Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Industrial or equivalent degree/work experience
* At minimum 5+ years of experience managing a safety team for large oil and gas construction projects
* Strong work ethic; good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Must be able to act independently with little or no supervision and work collaboratively on a team environment
* Ability to operate a standard personal computer as well as knowledge of and experience with standard office computer software.
* Ability to carry out duties in varying work environments including wide ranging weather conditions and terrain.
