Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son L.P is looking for a Fleet Administrator. In this position you will be responsible for administrative duties related to the company vehicle fleet and enforcement of fleet policy to ensure the efficient and economical procurement and use of several thousand company-owned or leased vehicles. You will support the Fleet Manager as a contact with the suppliers providing the vehicles and providing the support services, including expediting and problem resolution. This position is expected to evaluate the activities performed and make responsible recommendations for improvements in the policy, and its administration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist with working with the key suppliers and service providers to maintain a professional relationship that facilitates cost and service in the best interest of the company. Monitor market activities including supplier changes, program innovations, and new services.
* Identify cost savings, cost avoidance and improvement opportunities.
* Recommend supplier changes as necessary.
* Enter purchase orders into the internal database.
* Handling the acquisition and disposal of company vehicles.
* Resolving the routine problems that arise in the normal course of business related to the fleet.
* Administration of GPS which includes adding new drivers, ordering new devices, and troubleshooting.
* Assist on local dealership searches of urgent vehicle needs.
* This position will have significant interactions within the company including: finance, operations managers, general managers, sales and senior company executives. In addition, there will be significant interaction with suppliers and service providers.
* Dealing with the requests; conflicts with equipment operators on policy questions; and day-to-day business needs.
* Coordinate analysis for management and others.
* Identifying cost saving or avoidance opportunities.
* Maintaining supplier and service provider relationships on a professional level.
* Other duties that may be required.
Qualifications
* College degree preferred.
* Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
* Specific experience with company car or truck fleets is desirable.
* Must be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
* Must be able to demonstrate good computer skills proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications.

* Performs routine and preventative maintenance on chiller and refrigeration unit's electrical and mechanical components. This includes:
* Supporting equipment such as compressors, condensing units, purge units, cooling towers, evaporators, pumps, piping, valves, motor control centers and fan units.
* Excellent record keeping, including refrigeration and operation logs.
* Chiller components, refrigeration units and supporting equipment, meters, relays, sensors, analog, VFD's, switches, controllers, gauges, thermostats and other similar devices.
* Performs centrifugal chiller rebuilds. This includes:
* Following all EPA guidelines in recovering refrigerant, replacement of O-rings, gaskets, seals and bearings, sleeve Babbitt, thrust/counter-thrust and roller bearings.
* Setting clearances on labyrinth seals, journal bearings, seal openings, thrust/counter-thrust clearances per the manufacturer's specifications using dial indicators, inside and outside micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring devices.
* Performs work on cooling tower gear boxes, drive couplings, intermediate shafts, fan blade pitches, centrifugal pumps and seal replacements.
* Knowledge of reverse dial indicator alignment procedures on all types of shaft alignments.
* Ability to work on the following equipment brands: Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin and McQuay Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw and Absorption Chillers.
* Required to understand and interpret blueprints, sketches or other descriptions of parts to determine their accuracy relative to the manufacturers specified clearances for chiller repairs, including disassembly and reassembly procedures.
* Utilizes CFC and HCFC refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment, maintains records and performs all service and maintenance repairs in accordance with current EPA regulations.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed.
Qualifications
* 5 years minimum experience in chiller teardown, overhauls, and preventative maintanence
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Experience working with York/JCI, Trane, Carrier and/or Diakin preferred
* Post-secondary vocational or Technical school diploma in Refrigeration from an accredited Institution required OR a recognized apprenticeship program.
* Verifiable factory training a plus including but not limited to service and operation as well as tear down.

What We Offer
Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $33,000 - $42,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are not eligible for a bonus but do earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

**Job Summary**
Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a National Service Account Representative. This position is responsible for working with the Service/Inspection team to sell service agreements, preventative maintenance, and a variety of additional required inspections for the National ITM Service Group.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Generate sales of new Inspection Agreements and other services using identifying, prospecting, qualifying andother sales techniques. Grow customer base.
+ Pursue potential clients through existing customer data bases
+ Prepare written quotes and contracts for inspection services
+ Follow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured
+ Assist the customer over the phone in emergency situations
+ Project Manage projects for larger accounts
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Flexibility with schedule changes or a daily basis
+ Ability to travel when necessary
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Become knowledgeable of NFPA Fire Protection codes and NFPA 25
+ Sales experience preferred.
+ Sprinkler knowledge preferred
+ Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
+ Must be disciplined and self-motivated to work with limited supervision
+ Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude.
+ Electronic organization and expedient.
+ Passionate attitude while making multiple cold calls and more.
+ Professionalism in email and over the phone.
+ Believe that customer service is priority.
+ This position requires a proficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office & Windows Skills. Must betech savvy.

**Job Summary**
Shambaugh & Son L.P. is looking for a Welder in our Fire Fabrication shop. In this position, you will be responsible for using a universal welder to make cuts and welds on steel pipe.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Read blueprints and drawings
+ Take measurements to plan layouts
+ Set up welding machine according to specifications
+ Weld components using semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions
+ Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
+ Test all machine welds to ensure quality
+ Weld by hand any leaks found in quality penetration die test
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ 4 plus years of welding experience
+ Read a tape measure
+ Pipe welding and welding certificates a plus
+ Be dependable
+ Good attendance and a positive attitude are critical for this position
+ Good work ethic and a willingness to learn
+ Must be able to communicate ideas, thoughts, etc. both verbally and in written form
+ Must be able to work Saturday (will count against attendance record if missed).
+ Must be 18 years or older
+ Attention to detail
+ Ability to follow directions and communicate with others
+ Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly
+ Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for 8-12 hour shifts

Maintenance Mechanic B - 3rd shift

Responsibilities Must possess the ability to perform analysis, correct, and perform all necessary tests associated with installation, repair and upkeep of all systems, equipment, machinery, tools and other plant operation systems as needed in any area located inside or outside of the facility.
Assist in the removal, repair, or relocating of machine tools, assist in the installation of air and water lines, align and adjust machines for production operations.
Assist in diagnosing defects in equipment and make necessary repairs.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics. High math skills and PLC trouble shooting.
Repair and perform preventative maintenance to various types of hydraulic equipment, machine tools, building plumbing and related equipment.
Set up and operator arc and acetylene welding equipment.
Plan, layout, and construct additions, partitions, benches, shipping boxes, and other carpentry.
Coordinate purchase, inventory delivery and pick up of hazardous material.
Coordinate packaging, labeling, storing, and scheduling pickup of hazardous waste for offsite disposal.
Ability to work with blueprints and sketches.
Operator scissor lift, forklift or other material handling equipment.
Independent judgement to utilize time efficiently and adaptable to change task requirements.
Participate on HPT (High Performance Team)
Demonstrate a behavioral safe and strong safety work ethic, be a safety role model, and be able to recognize potential safety hazards.
Qualifications
5 years related maintenance experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
Knowledge of national, state, and local electrical codes.
Must be able to perform all aspects of the job which includes, but is not limited to continuously. frequently or occasionally lifting, pushing, pulling up to at least 50 lbs.
Ability to work in team environment and interact with multiple levels of the organization.
