Essential Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Controls Estimator, you'll be responsible for developing accurate and timely cost estimates for projects ranging from small upgrades to large-scale installations. Reporting to the Estimating Supervisor or VP of Preconstruction, your role will include:
* Preparing detailed proposals and cost estimates
* Reviewing construction documents and identifying scope
* Performing takeoffs using specialized software
* Soliciting pricing from vendors and subcontractors
* Attending pre-bid meetings and site inspections
* Supporting change order pricing and project turnover

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Abides by all safety guidelines including OSHA regulations, lock-out/tag-out, etc.
Conducts "shift rounds" (regular checks of systems and equipment to identify issues, and document systems and equipment performance).
* Competently maintains, troubleshoots, and performs substantial equipment repairs. Works independently, and as part of the facilities maintenance team to:Conduct the inspection/evaluation of operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum, or vibration; and features such as wear, replacement of expendables (i.e. belts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc.).
* Performs preventative maintenance, including the diagnosis of malfunctioning apparatus and/or systems, such as:
* HVAC equipment, fire life safety systems, plumbing and electrical systems.
* Transformers, motors, motor starters, MCC panels, MCC circuits, variable frequency drives, replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.
* Dock equipment (Overhead doors, dock levelers, dock locks and seals).
* Building/parking lot lighting, photoelectric eyes, emergency lights/exit lights, 120 volt outlets for exterior building lighting.
Repairs systems and apparatus mentioned above, which could also include tasks like rebuilding pumps, steam traps, valves, electrical, or pneumatic solenoid devices. May paint walls, fix leaks and stoppages in plumbing, repair or replace sinks, piping, valves or drains. May maintain electrical controls, lighting, and electrical distribution systems, etc.
Performs administrative tasks such as parts ordering, PO# creation, vendor management, attending job or project meetings, etc.
Documents work results in the CMMS, analyzes findings, and recommends updates to the PM list.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and customer staff; assuring that all aspects of a work request are understood. This includes ensuring the customer is adequately informed about work status and expected completion dates.
May manage maintenance projects, including complex equipment repair, providing guidance to Sub-Contractors of facilities services.
Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the Site Manager.
Qualifications
EducationHigh School diploma (or equivalent) required, preference given to those with some undergraduate business or trade school training.
Business Experience4 years' experience and/or training including the application of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills/concepts required. An equivalent combination of training, education, and manufacturing maintenance experience is acceptable.

Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual and monthly bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Responsible for leading all aspects of the plant value stream(s) under the direction of the Value Stream Manager to include: associate development, utilization of team consensus to evaluate decisions, ensure rapid implementation of decisions, budget development and adherence, employment decisions related to associates and performance assessment of Group Leaders and associates.
Responsibilities
The Value Stream Team Leader will meet with the Value Stream associates regularly. Reflecting on problems, solutions and challenges, thereby creating a culture of continuous improvement.
* Leads the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and continuous improvements, which include but are not limited to: supply chain, production control, manufacturing priorities and coordination between all shifts in the value stream. The Value Stream Team Leader will assist the Value Stream Manager to create continuous product flow, utilize pull systems and to level the workload.
* Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work and processes are followed, needed adjustments are implemented and the area is compliant with safety and 5S requirements.
* Instill and maintain a positive team atmosphere in the Value Stream(s); hold regular team meetings and assign team member tasks and coordinate support activities form departments outside of the team. Utilize PDCA in conjunction with Tracking Centers and Team Improvement Boards to ensure results.
* Provide effective cross training for Value Stream associates and backups from other value streams to assure the continuous smooth running of the value stream. Encourage team to stop and fix problems in order to get quality right the first time.
* Work with the Value Stream Manager to develop the future state value stream map and manage the plans to achieve it as documented in the Value Steam Tracking Center. In addition, the Team Leader works with the Group Leader and the Value Stream Team to maintain Team Improvement Boards. A visually controlled environment must be developed to assure no problems are hidden.

* Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control

Position Summary
Our Wire Braider & Winder Operators are responsible for the set-up and operation of all wire twisters, winders and braiders. This is a 3rd shift position. 3rd shift hours are Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am. Approximately 8 hours of overtime a week is expected. Candidate will need to be available to train on 2nd shift for 1-3 months, M-F, 2pm-10pm.

/Principal Accountabilities
1. Operation and set-up of wire braiding machines consists of transferring wire from shipping spools to bobbins suitable for use in braiding machines. Operator must maintain the condition of the bobbins prior to winding.
2. Operation and set-up of wire braiding machines consists of the physical transfer of full bobbins to braider decks, removal of empty bobbins from braider deck and splicing operation required during transfer.
3. Monitor bobbin footage, wire condition and tensions.
4. Change over of tooling and gears as necessary to ensure proper dimension.
5. Visual attention must be given to the payoffs, adhesive application, braid pattern, inking and take-ups while braiding.
6. Perform all required quality checks and record all pertinent information to ensure quality standards are met.
7. Package product according to instructions to include the making of cartons and spools as required.
8. Accountable for process, evaluation, measurement, documentation, and improvement on a continual basis in order to meet plant business objectives.
9. Participate in area and process team activities and projects.
10. All irregularities will be reported to the Shift Supervisor or Leader.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Leader.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Conducts "shift rounds" - regular checks of systems and equipment to identify issues and document performance.
* Maintains, troubleshoots, and performs minor repairs on equipment, sometimes working under guidance from more experienced technicians. Examples include:
* Inspecting/evaluating operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum, vibration, and wear; replacing expendables (belts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc.).

* Performing preventative maintenance tasks such as filter changes, condenser cleaning, oil changes, and machinery lubrication/greasing.

* Completing detailed training on life-critical work practices, including modified confined space procedures, hazardous energy control, and required documentation using paper and digital systems.

Qualifications
Business Experience
At least one year's experience servicing and maintaining commercial dock levelers, doors, automatic doors, dock lock and overhead door hardware, while maintaining dock maintenance program records is required. This experience must include the maintenance of pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems.
Previous experience working with the following door manufacturers is preferred: Rite Hite, Power Ramp, Nabco, Stanley Access Technology, Record USA, Tormax, Besam, Allegion Door Hardware, Assa Abloy.
Experience working in roles that require physical labor including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry concepts is preferred.
Licenses/Certs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures efficient HVACR equipment maintenance according to established standards. Obtains, reads and comprehends sequence of operation of HVACR equipment/systems, controls schematics, blueprints, equipment service manuals and/or owners/maintenance manuals for efficient daily duties. Maintain, install, troubleshoot, repair, monitor operation and record readings of HVAC systems. Monitors BMS, checks for refrigerant system operation efficiency, stops/starts systems, operates refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, charging equipment and service gauges using best practice procedures, brazes refrigerant piping and lubricates fans, motors and linkages.
Analyzes and determines the root cause of any HVACR system problems/malfunctions. Inform appropriate parties of any problems/malfunctions reported or found in a timely and accurate manner. Takes corrective action as needed. Adds all remarks of problem found and how it was fixed/adjusted to the report. Also adds recommended future work. Completes/closes service report only after client is satisfied with the provided conditions.
Maintains accurate and timely equipment operating logs, lubrication logs, HVACR equipment operation and maintenance manuals, inventory of filters and belts and spare parts, air pressure drop differential logs across air filters and coils, refrigerant logbooks, chemical water treatment logs and refrigerant inventory. Maintains service tools and equipment in good and safe working order. Maintains clean work areas daily. Effectively orders the correct supplies as required for PM's, maintenance, and repairs. Efficiently stocks vehicle or maintenance shop area with proper tools and critical parts. Efficiently maintains company equipment. Tracks vehicle maintenance needs and schedules as needed
Assists other mechanics and operators with major repairs and maintenance of building and equipment. Works closely with CMMS planner/scheduler or recommends to supervisor how to optimize preventative maintenance tasking and program. Performs other various duties as assigned.
Follows safety practices, and utilize personal protective clothing and equipment as required by OSHA, at minimum as required by company. Knows the whereabouts of all emergency equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers, eyewash and shower stations, first aid supplies, breathing apparatus, etc.) Safely uses hand tools, power tools and test instruments to maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment. Complies with departmental policy for safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials. Completes and submits job hazard analysis form prior to performing any maintenance or service work

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
**What You'll Do**
As a Controls Estimator, you'll be responsible for developing accurate and timely cost estimates for projects ranging from small upgrades to large-scale installations. Reporting to the Estimating Supervisor or VP of Preconstruction, your role will include:
+ Preparing detailed proposals and cost estimates
+ Reviewing construction documents and identifying scope
+ Performing takeoffs using specialized software
+ Soliciting pricing from vendors and subcontractors
+ Attending pre-bid meetings and site inspections
+ Supporting change order pricing and project turnover
+ Maintaining estimating systems and BIM/design setups
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Position Summary
The Hose Bonding & Assembly Operator is responsible for the set-up and operation of the synthetic hose welder, hose respool equipment and assembly equipment according to specifications.
Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
1. Must use judgement and make decisions for appropriate feeds and temperature settings to achieve proper welds and cutoffs.
2. Utilize test equipment to ensure quality in the Department.
3. Must operate crimpers and assembly product according to specifications.
4. Accountable for process, evaluation, measurement, documentation, and improvement on a continual basis to meet plant business objectives.
5. Participate in area or process team activities and projects.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Leader.

1. High School diploma or equivalency required
2. Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
3. Mathematical aptitude and proficiency
4. Keyboarding skills, with some knowledge of MS Office software
5. Ability to operate manual and electric jack; Company will train

7. Attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot for process and product improvement

Physical Requirements
Our manufacturing positions have several minimum physical requirements to ensure safety and effective job performance, including:
* Standing: Ability to stand for 8+ hours during a shift.
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ability to wear required PPE such as safety shoes, eye protection (glasses/goggles), hearing protection, safety vests, and gloves.
* Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands for tasks such as using safety scissors, bending tubing, taping tube, and connecting hose assemblies.
