This may include stripping and sealing floors, removing chewing gum, high level dusting, wall washing, moving furniture to deep clean classrooms, etc. All defects/hazards must be immediately reported to the Cleaner in charge To ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed, in accordance with company policies. Undertake any additional cleaning duties as directed, by the Cleaning Supervisor or Soft Services Manager Skills & Knowledge: Experience in a cleaning environment, preferably multi-site. BICSc certification to an appropriate level (not essential). Reliable - employees must be available to work all Term Time Dates required. Approachable demeanour and a demonstrable commitment to team working. A commitment to continuing professional development in relation to themselves and their team members. Able to communicate clearly and effectively. A flexible and proactive approach to work. Ability to work on own initiative to meet requirements of the role.
