Job Summary Shambaugh is looking for a Service Sales Representative who will be responsible for working with the Service Team to sell Life Safety Service, Preventative Maintenance, and Quote Service Repairs. #shambaugh #LI-DF #-Onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Generate Sales for Fire Life Safety Service. * Service includes deficiencies from Inspections, Preventative Maintenance, and Service Repairs. The position does not include Inspection Sales. * Follow-up on existing Inspection Agreement Customers to verify Preventative Maintenance is being conducted as required. * Quote deficiencies that are generated from Life Safety Inspections no later than 48 hours after the Inspection has been completed. * Look at work requested, assemble a material list while onsite, and create a proposal for customer * Prepare written quotes with scopes detailing services being provided. * Follow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured. * Assist customers of the phone with Emergency Situations along with Customer Service for Technical Questions. * Other duties as assigned. * Assist Service Manager, Coordinator, and other Sales Personnel as needed. * Ability to multi-task and handle many projects. * Flexibility with schedule changes or a daily basis. * Professional Attire required for position. * Other duties as assigned. Effectively and persuasively communicate to influence, motivate, and inform community members about walking and bicycling as viable daily travel options. Maintain a strong working knowledge of bicycle and pedestrian safety practices, Nevada state laws, local trail networks, and available mobility resources. Execute prescheduled community events, open streets activities, bike rodeos, helmet fittings, pedestrian safety trainings, and pop-up safety demonstrations. Deliver presentations and hands-on learning at employer sites, community centers, schools, senior facilities, and public events. Provide basic bicycle and helmet fittings and demonstrate safe riding and walking behaviors. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the operations, repairs, replacement and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems. * Must have working knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, water treatment equipment, controls and other building mechanical and electrical equipment. * Technicians will be familiar with kitchen and refrigeration equipment and all refrigerants. * Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure that the workload is accomplished in a complete and timely manner. * The individual must maintain safe work practices in support of the OSHA Health & Safety and NFPA 70e standards as it applies when performing the assigned duties. This position can be based out of any AECOM office located in the west, or mid-west regions of the United States. This position is hybrid. The focus of your experience must be in the power delivery industry and be associated with electrical engineering with respect to the design of utility scale transmission line development. The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following: Lead technical staff in the preparation of utility engineering designs, cost estimates, and customer billing. Manage the engineering aspects of multiple projects ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV. in developing project schedules and defining technical staff for projects and daily work. Assist in the development of technical staff through mentoring, instructing of technical engineering principles, and governing electrical and safety codes. Instruct and teach the technical staff in the use of computer systems and software, tools and equipment, and company-owned motor vehicles. Manage and provide guidance and direction for professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate internal/external reviews of designs completed prior to submissions. Collaborate with the department managers to develop, evaluate, and implement new policies and procedures which reflect best engineering practices. Collaborate with other departments and divisions on company-wide initiatives. Maintain great relationships with our existing clients and seek out opportunities with potential future clients. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering and 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Active Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure. Experience with PLS-CADD, MFAD, AutoCAD Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Power Transmission Design Professional disposition and the ability to be open-minded when it comes to planning and execution of projects being worked on by staff. Must be able to effectively supervise a project team of Engineers & Engineering Technicians while maintaining work product quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability. Advanced knowledge of overhead & underground Transmission facilities and understanding of its integration into daily activities.
