Job Summary
Under general supervision, wholly responsible for all aspects that pertain to your designated customer account/s. Conduct telephonic and electronic follow up and closing functions for open work orders on dedicated National/Supplier Management Accounts in order to meet the contractual obligations of each client. Intent is to ensure work orders are completed on time. This position will also involve handling daily customer communications which includes but is not limited to keeping customers informed of work being performed at their location, providing updates to customers, and handling escalations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications

Job Summary
This position is responsible for monitoring, detecting, and reporting traffic incidents on Michigan's roadways, and coordinating with response agencies to manage the clearance of traffic incidents. This position will support a variety Dam Safety Engineering projects across the East Region. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
This job requires physical stamina and strength - Ramp Agents must be able to lift / carry / push / pull and move items 70 pounds (32 kg) or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift items weighing 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
Must be able to carry heavy items up and down narrow jetway stairs.
Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
Must be able to work in cramped or high places.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Good Communication Skills - Ramp Agents must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or via radio equipment effectively in a professional manner with the flight crew, gate agents, and other ground crew to coordinate the movement and handling of planes, equipment, baggage, and cargo.
Basic math skills: Ramp agents may be required to calculate weight and balance calculations for planes.
Computer skills: Ramp agents may be required to use computer systems to track cargo and baggage.
Problem-solving skills: Ramp agents may be called upon to troubleshoot issues during loading and unloading.
Time management skills: Ramp agents must be able to manage their time effectively to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
If required by customer or role access, be able to secure a Customs Seal through the respective governing agency.
Preferred Qualifications - One+ year of relevant experience.

The Shopper Marketing Advisor for Retail/Consumer Lubricants, serves an assigned key retail customer account which supports and collaborates with the overall customer account team. This role develops 1 year sales and marketing plans that deliver on business commitments and supports account sales and share growth.
