**Sales**
+ Invest time to identify and develop relationships that can become champions within core market across assigned region

**Business Development**
+ Contribute to the development and refinement of the Company's Sales strategy.
+ Develop annual personal quote growth and visitation goals.
+ Engage in prospecting for potential new clients and develop them into new revenue.
+ Develop and improve new and existing client relationships.
+ Cross-sell Walk-Ins, Reach-Ins, Contract Service and Parts.
+ Set up meetings between clients' decision makers and Company's leaders, as appropriate.
+ Participate in New Product Development initiatives as voice-of-the-market.
+ Attend industry association events and trade shows to provide feedback and information on market trends and clients' needs.
**Administrative**
+ BDS to report directly to Sales Director (SD).
+ Responsible for the daily recording of Sales activity and customer communication in CRM.
+ Present Monthly Market Report to SD.
+ Manage internal departmental reporting by updating quotes, budgets, closing percentages, schedules, etc. within CRM.
+ Arrange and participate in debriefs for both won and lost projects with Management.
+ Responsible for strong commitment to work with other departments.
+ Enforcement of current SOP set in Process Development for all the BDS duties for smooth and seamless functioning.

Reporting to the Regional Chief Executive with a matrixed reporting relationship to the Global Business Line (GBL) Water Chief Executive, this role will act as the leader of the Water business within the northeast sub-region, collaborating with the Regional CEO and leadership team, Water leaders in the region, Client Account Managers and other stakeholders to coordinate all Water matters in the sub-region. Job Description
AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Technician III to join our Mechanicsburg Remediation team. You will work on a diverse range of projects delivering remediation system solutions to our key clients.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with members of the project team, clients, site personnel and office management, and work both independently and as part of a project team. In addition, the successful candidate will be committed to the team's success and growth; will rigorously apply safety policies and procedures; and will effectively manage the quality of field efforts within the bounds of the AECOM Quality Management System.
The role requires a strong mechanical and safety aptitude, and the candidate must have experience working with plumbing, electrical, and general construction related trades. Duties include (but will not be limited to) equipment maintenance coordination, remediation system maintenance, and environmental sampling activities. Although this is a field position that involves significant equipment maintenance and construction related activities, there will be direct interaction with clients and the candidate must have experience communicating with clients on a professional level.
This position will involve travel throughout the region on a regular basis.
The job responsibilities for the position will include but are not limited to the following:
• Performs standardized or prescribed assignments involving a sequence of related operations.
• Conducts a variety of standardized tests and may prepare specimens; Sets up and operates standard testing equipment of moderate complexity.
• Records test data and provides observation and interpretations of it.
• Performs fieldwork, including but not limited to environmental sampling, operations and maintenance and inspections at client sites.
• Other activities may include assisting with calculations, setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment and installations for compliance with specifications and maintaining proper project documentation.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
HS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Experience operating and maintaining soil and groundwater remediation equipment
Ability to work outdoors, often in inclement weather conditions
Valid US Driver's License and as a condition of employment must pass the AECOM Motor Vehicle screening
As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a drug screening
As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a medical screening
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with soil and groundwater remediation technologies, design, implementation, and operation/maintenance activities
Current 40-hr HazWOPER Certification and associated refresher
Current First Aid, CPR and AED certification
Strong understanding of project documentation requirements including taking organized and detailed field notes, recording observations
