**Job Summary**
The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for estimates, schedule, cost and quality of assigned Dynalectric Oregon projects. This includes the planning and coordination of all aspects of the construction process, including material and equipment buyout, field supervision management/coordination, hiring subcontractors, implementing cost control measures and internal reporting to provide excellent internal/external customer service.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
**Manage project/financials**
+ Estimating (receive request from customer, conduct a bid assessment and review with Division Manager as required, job walk, review project information, produce estimate/proposal, close estimate with DM and enter estimates into tracking spreadsheet/estimate folder).
+ Create project budget (assign phases and cost codes/work order number).
+ Responsible for determining material purchases (creating Requests for Proposal (RFP) and bid leveling, provide quote/release to purchasing).
+ Responsible for managing subcontractor scope of work (creating Requests for Proposal (RFP) and bid leveling, select subcontractors, issue request for subcontract).
+ Identify and price cost/schedule impacts (design changes, schedule compression/extension, other trade impacts, evaluate/price the impact).
+ Creation/management of Change Orders (negotiations, identify price/scope of changed work, provide backup, enter into change order log).
+ Provide monthly cost projections at Work in Progress (WIP) meetings (take cost reports from accounting and enter in WIP's software, project future costs, identify and resolve project issues, provide status of job at WIP meeting).
+ Provide monthly progress billings (create schedule of values, review job costs from WIP's reports, send billing amounts to Project Coordinator for processing).
**Internal and External Collaboration**
+ Schedule project meeting kick-off (follow Dynalectric process).
+ Attend internal Dynalectric meetings (Prefab, QA/QC, Safety, monthly department meetings).
+ Actively participate in manpower dispatching/coordination with department management & field leadership
+ Review and evaluate present and future opportunities, current and future strengths and weaknesses(specific to healthcare opportunities and hard trends within the industry).
+ Meet with customers to request performance feedback and develop sustainable business relationships.
+ Request and select proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations.
**Manage contract documents**
+ Participate in contract review (review for scope/accuracy, send to Contract Administrator for processing).
+ Implement and execute company processes for document control, Submittals, RFIs, change order logs and P.O. log/tracking.
+ Project closeout (Work with vendors, subcontractors and field personnel to provide O&M documentation, As-built drawings and resolve punch list items).
**Uphold company standards for Safety/HR**
+ Ensure adherence to company health and safety standards (communicate with site safety professional/superintendent, report issues as needed to corporate Safety Director or General Superintendent).
+ Execute company HR processes (participate in semi-annual reviews coaching/counseling feedback).
**Qualifications**
+ At least 3-4 years of experience as a PM within the electrical industry or a minimum of 2 years as a GF or Field Superintendent.
+ Must have 2 years of estimating experience in the electrical industry.
+ BSc/BA in construction management or equivalent experience.
+ In-depth understanding of electrical construction and materials.
+ Proficiency or knowledge of estimating software - Accubid preferred.
+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite - especially Excel.
+ Proficiency with Bluebeam preferred.
+ Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
+ Must have valid driver license/insurance and reliable transportation.

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for a Travel Utility Excavator/Equipment Operator for our Portland location. This is a travel position with job sites in OR, WA, and ID.
The Travel Utility Excavator/Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and skillfully operating and maintaining construction equipment (cable plows, backhoe, mini excavator, skid steer, rock saw, and other utility construction equipment). This position may also help with loading and unloading of equipment and materials using heavy equipment as well as any other tasks assigned by the foreman. A Class A CDL is required for this position.

Responsibilities
* Manage site-specific end-to-end Commissioning activities during Level 1 through Level 5 for delivery of new or retrofit of existing facility.

Qualifications

The Designer - Substation is responsible for supporting substation design projects across the QISG platform by performing routine 2D/3D Physical and/or Protection & Control (P&C) design tasks. This role requires working knowledge of basic design techniques and industry procedures, with an emphasis on accuracy, standards compliance, and CAD proficiency.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong familiarity with substation materials, construction methods, and utility design standards. TRAVEL POSITION - Robinson Brothers Construction, LLC is seeking a skilled Horizontal Directional Driller to join our TRAVELING crew.
Our contracts span the Pacific Northwest and the West Coast, encompassing the western states.

As part of your role, travel is expected and required. This is a field position, and you will be responsible for working at various sites as necessary, including locations in multiple states.
Job Summary:
A Successful Directional Drill Locator/ Operator is specially trained and has expertise in locating for horizontal/directional drill rigs and product support equipment. This individual will be primarily responsible for the setup and completion of drilling variable-sized underground boreholes and pulling back the required conduit/pipe. As a Directional Driller/Equipment Operator, you are responsible for running a variety of directional drilling equipment; Directional Drill, (Vermeer and/or Ditch Witch) Vac. Truck, Mud Truck, Excavator, Forklift, Dump truck, Locator, along with others not listed.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
Locate for Directional Drill for installation of underground conduit and fiber optic cable.
Ensure the safety of the public and other utilities underground facilities.
Operate Directional Drill
Assist in potholing and remediation.
Assist with setting hand holes and completing tie-ins.
Ability to Read and Comprehend utility locates.
Set equipment up including the drill, water tanks, and grounding the machine.
Ability to properly formulate and mix drilling mud for the site conditions.
Ability to perform proper reaming and pull-back methods for existing conditions.
Oversee laborer's and/or crew members' work and monitor time usage.
