Job Summary
Under general supervision, wholly responsible for all aspects that pertain to designated customer account/s. Conduct telephonic and electronic follow up and closing functions for open HVAC work orders on designated account(s) in order to meet the contractual obligations of the client. The intent is to ensure HVAC work orders are completed on time. This position will involve handling daily HVAC service provider communications which includes but is not limited to following up with numerous providers via telephone and email to get status updates on work orders, updating work orders in the EMCOR system, and communicating with account team on reassignments. This position is the main point of contact for HVAC service providers, and the ideal candidate will need to possess a strong commercial HVAC background.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manipulates Excel work order data to prioritize service provider communication.
Communicate on a regular basis with service providers & customers via telephone regarding work order updates.
Updates and performs uploads into the system to work orders to reflect the latest status.
Coordinates and communicates with account team(s) on work order escalations and service provider invoicing issues.
Ensures work order reassignments are notified to the account team representative for their action.
Assist in dispatching work orders if customer service rep/dispatcher is out of office.
Qualifications
Education
Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Business Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in facilities maintenance, property management or customer service role required. Experience in managing commercial HVAC service delivery required.
Language Skills
Bi-lingual English-Spanish preferred.
Technical Qualifications & Skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Windows Applications, including MS Excel and Word. Must be able to Type min 50 wpm and have good writing skills.
Professional and friendly demeanor, willing to go above and beyond to accomplish the mission.
Ability to work under pressure and constantly make correct decisions with limited input and determine when to escalate issues to the Facilities Manager/Supervisor or Account Manager.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all functions of the Operations Staff and Call Center Operations team to carry out the objectives of the program.
Ability to critically think and problem solve.
Ability to maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times.

SUMMARY
The IT Technical Analyst is responsible for providing general IT support to ECS and the local IT support groups at our 50+ Operating Companies. About this Role
FiberTel is looking for an HDD Operator for our Albuquerque, NM location.
A Successful HDD Operator is specially trained and has expertise in locating for horizontal/directional drill rigs and product support equipment. This individual will be primarily responsible for setting up and completing drilling variable-sized underground boreholes and pulling back the required conduit/pipe. As a Directional Driller/Equipment Operator, you are responsible for running various directional drilling equipment; Directional Drill, (Vermeer and/or Ditch Witch) Vac. What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
All phases of telecommunication construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.
Locate for Horizontal Directional Drill for installation of underground conduit and fiber optic cable.
Ensure safety of the public and other utilities underground facilities.
Operate Horizontal Directional Drill
Assist in potholing and remediation.
Assist with setting hand holes and completing tie-ins.
Ability to Read and Comprehend utility locates.
Set equipment up including the drill, water tanks and grounding the machine.
Ability to properly formulate and mix drilling mud for the site conditions.
Ability to perform proper reaming and pull back methods for existing conditions.
Oversee laborers and/or crew members work and monitor time usage.

Job Description
AECOM is seeking experienced Environmental Project Manager in the Northeast region with leaking underground storage tank (UST) investigation/remediation experience and leaking UST regulatory knowledge in the states of CT, MA, NH, NY, and/or RI. This position will report to one of the AECOM offices in the Northeast region including but not limited to Rocky Hill CT, Chelmsford MA, Manchester, NH or Providence, RI. The candidate will be allowed to work remotely, however they need to reside in one of the states mentioned above. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate UST investigation/remediation project experience and require a strong focus on health and safety, be detailed orientated, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently, and will be capable of working collaboratively in a high-performance team.

* Managing scope, schedule, and budget for large-sized investigation/remediation and construction projects. Completing a variety of remedial designs
* Building strong client relationships

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for an Aerial Lineman for our San Jose, CA location.
A Successful Aerial Lineman candidate must have knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques including the placement of poles and anchors, familiarity with a wide range of tools and equipment, ability to read and understand prints/maps, safety rules, and operating instructions.
Our services may include placing poles, anchors and guys, aerial strand and cable, direct buried pipe, trenching cable, conventional and directional boring, placing underground conduit systems, performing inside wiring, cabling, and testing and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:
Install and repair aerial telecommunications cable
Safely use hand tools and equipment such as; wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, saws, lashers, climbing hooks, and more.
Safely operate mechanized equipment such as; bucket trucks, digger derrick, excavators, and more.
Setting up safety perimeter using signage, cones, safety barriers
Flagging traffic when required
Understanding of separation and clearance regulations

The outside work environment will vary throughout the day including changes in terrain, traffic, urban settings, and/or rural settings. This position may occasionally be exposed to natural gas and to the risk of electrical shock. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
Physical Requirements:

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for a Project Field Coordinator for our Sacramento, CA location.
Job sites are located in Sacramento, Santa Rosa, and Vallejo so some travel should be expected.
This position is responsible for providing field and administrative project support to the project as well as project coordination regarding our construction efforts in relation to fiber and telecom.
Pay: $28-34/hr, DOE

What You'll Do
Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities:
Works with a team of Construction Managers & other Construction Coordinators to ensure administrative/field activities are completed for OSP-West projects.
Supports department with timecards, materials tracking, mark for locates, daily reports, scheduling, cost control, change-order tracking, vendor and subcontractor tracking, client billing, and pay invoices
Assists Project Team with preparation of bid documentation and helps to prepare for bid reviews
Meets work standards by following productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements as necessary
Helps meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-savings actions
Updates job knowledge by going to the field, participating in educational opportunities, getting to know/understand division.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

The Walkout Engineer will be responsible for conducting site surveys, planning and mapping routes, documenting and reporting findings, and identifying potential issues. This position requires the ability to provide accurate and detailed plans to support the construction process.

A Brief Summary of This Position:
The Commodity Manager - Indirect will lead and manage aspects of the Global Supply Management process for Indirect spend. This position will work to identify and drive productivity within the category, network with Valmont facilities to build a strong project funnel, support cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Product Management) by ensuring timely supply of quality Indirect materials and services and will support various initiatives driven by leadership, such as driving productivity through VA/VE and e-Sourcing. This position will also work to review the existing supply base and will evaluate suppliers from a GME (Grow, Maintain, Exit) perspective.
The Commodity Manager works with divisional manufacturing management teams to identify and initiate sourcing projects that will achieve cost reduction and deliver competitive advantages through the global sourcing process as well as working with production control, engineering, quality control and manufacturing to source parts. The incumbent is also responsible for keeping informed of all significant risks to the supply market and for coordinating activities with the Global Sourcing team.
Essential Functions:
This position reports to the Senior Director - Indirect, Global Sourcing and has no direct reports or indirect reports
Requires up to 50% travel both internationally and domestically, including overnight stays
Implement and drive procurement strategy, policies, procedures, and enforces compliance to procurement policies for indirect categories and works to increase adoption
Provide support for issue resolution between plants/internal stakeholders and suppliers
Identify category, contract, and supply risks and develop mitigation plans to address risks
Monitor supplier contract compliance
Work with internal stakeholders to gather supplier performance data; monitor and identify ways to improve supplier performance
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to seek input and build trust within the organization to optimize overall impact
Develop and implement change management strategies
Communicate strategies and solutions to internal stakeholders and suppliers to achieve financial goals and maintain timelines
Develop exit strategies for suppliers who don't meet Valmont's supplier standards
Manage supplier relationships to meet Valmont requirements for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and other business terms
Negotiates with suppliers to establish competitive contracts and beneficial agreements
Responsible for overall management of VA/VE and strategic sourcing projects ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget

Required Qualifications of Every Candidate:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain specializing in Indirect and material processing with 6+ years of relevant experience or Associate's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience
Indirect manufacturing, tooling design, product design and application experience
Indirect Commodity Management experience with high dollar spend
Proven track record of supplier development, management, and sustained productivity
Strong analytic and negotiating skills
