**Job Title: ProjectManager**
The ProjectManager will be responsible for creating job schedules, coordinating the delivery of tools and fabrications, identifying and managing the personnel assigned to each project, and tracking labor efficiency. In addition, the individual will be responsible for representing the company at job progress meetings and initiating change orders.
**Essential Duties / Responsibilities:**

+ Accurately define project requirements.
+ Create job schedules.
+ Coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrication.
+ Identify and manage the personnel assigned to each project and track their labor efficiency.
+ Represent the company at job progress meetings.
+ Initiate change orders as needed.
+ Complete contract progress billings as required.
+ Estimate remaining "cost-to-complete" for monthly WIP reporting.
+ Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
+ Work with clients to brainstorm creative solutions to problems to ensure their needs are met through our customized solutions.
+ Monitor assigned projects following established guidelines to ensure they are completed as efficiently as possible.
+ Communicate with team members regarding project needs.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
+ Read and analyze job cost reports.
+ Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from management.
+ Assist with collections as required.
+ Communicate daily with foremen.

(Request proper delivery notice at that time.) * Facilitate material takeoffs by trade supervisor. * Attend all necessary meetings with both internal and external entities to review scheduling and delivery, work plans, job progress, manpower, and solutions to setbacks. * Support project accounting and/or projectmanagement in monthly billings and collections and follow up on outstanding balances. * Collaborate with supervisor regarding project safety. (Toolbox talks and weekly walk through.) * Gather information for changes in work/scope and work with the project team, estimating, and downstream clients for pricing. P.M. will finalize C.O. pricing. **Job Description**
The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, Water Design-Build SeniorProjectManager. This position will be part of an exciting team employing the latest technologies to solve critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems throughout the United States. **Job Responsibilities:**
The SeniorProjectManager will be charged with responsibility to actively direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects as well as take a leadership role in the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits.
It is desirable that the DB SeniorProjectManager is capable of performing in both conceptual and detailed engineering and construction projectmanagement capacities. As a DB SeniorProjectManager the primary responsibilities will include managing the activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM's design centers, as well as overall projectmanagement for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, familiarity with job cost reporting, and budget control activities through the life of the project, including EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity. Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience
Those Projectmanagers with either Design Build projectmanagement experience will be considered especially those with water/wastewater industry experience or those with experience in industrial (process) oriented construction fields.
**Fiscal Experience** - Proven projectmanagement skills to delivery projects at or under budget and on schedule. Working knowledge of job accounting and reporting methods such as earned value and estimates to complete.
**Team Oriented** - This position requires the skill set to directly oversee and manage detailed engineering and construction teams working collaboratively together to deliver the project.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment; subject to motor vehicle records review

General Description
The Sr. ProjectManager (Sr. PM) will be responsible for all aspects of design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects including, but not limited to, management and administration of the prime contract, overseeing the engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams. The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, Water Design-Build SeniorProjectManager. This position will be part of an exciting team employing the latest technologies to solve critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems throughout the United States. **Job Responsibilities:**
The SeniorProjectManager will be charged with responsibility to actively direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects as well as take a leadership role in the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits.
It is desirable that the DB SeniorProjectManager is capable of performing in both conceptual and detailed engineering and construction projectmanagement capacities. As a DB SeniorProjectManager the primary responsibilities will include managing the activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM's design centers, as well as overall projectmanagement for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, familiarity with job cost reporting, and budget control activities through the life of the project, including EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity. **Fiscal Experience** - Proven projectmanagement skills to delivery projects at or under budget and on schedule. Working knowledge of job accounting and reporting methods such as earned value and estimates to complete.
**Team Oriented** - This position requires the skill set to directly oversee and manage detailed engineering and construction teams working collaboratively together to deliver the project.

General Description
The Assistant ProjectManager II (APM II) will assist/support the ProjectManager (PM) on project tasks as assigned, follow-up on deliverables, and review with the PM. Assists in procurement of purchase orders and subcontract packages
Monitors progress of overall design, procurement, and construction of the project
Facilitates Project Close-Out and Warranty administration
Performs post-construction cost review and reporting and participates in lessons learned
Performs any other duties assigned by the PM, including acting as PM when PM is unavailable (when deemed qualified by PM/Operations Director)

Required Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted

Responsibilities

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a ProjectManager to support work in Cincinnati, OH.
Providing oversight and direction to enable projects to be completed on time and on budget
Serving as a liaison for those managing design and construction and various City departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Assisting in the sequencing and coordination of projects
Utilizing various platforms and software to ensure efficient City review and approval pathways; reviewing plans and documents and providing feedback to various entities, and researching best practices to progress project delivery

Job Description
Fluor Lima is a leader in construction innovation that is constantly evolving new processes and procedures. Continuous site improvement plans are implemented, and change is always anticipated. Candidate must be adaptable to change and willing to put in the effort to support a lean and innovative program which is constantly looking for new and improved ways of project execution.
* The ProjectManager/Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction and performance of construction planning operations in their assigned department to ensure work is performed in conformity with specific project requirements, site standards and goals.
* Principal areas of responsibility include planning staff management, and involvement in workload forecasting, schedule management, cost management, quality assurance, safety, security, and labor relations.
* Manage, monitor, and control the construction planning organization and its functions in a Lean IPD Format. Our format of project delivery is form fitted to our client and is a model that has been developed in order to get the best possible outcome on project execution at lowest cost. Includes collaboration from all parties (client, engineering, trade partners and Fluor) to eliminate waste, provide innovative solutions, cost benchmarking, client satisfaction, and reliability
* Maintain communication with client personnel involved in projectmanagement to ensure organizational as well as personnel project involvement needs are being met.
* The ProjectManager/Program Manager is responsible for but not limited to all activities from Project Initiation to the start of construction.
* The Fluor ProjectManager/Program Manager supports through construction and is again responsible at project closeout.
* During project initiation meet with Client & Fluor management to establish Core Team and Evaluate Project Opportunities & Complexitie
* The ProjectManager/Program Manager and Lead Area Planner will identify the construction staffing needs and gain alignment with the Site Manager
* The ProjectManager/Program Manager will then assign the proper Planners to support the project.
* Develop overall project sourcing and execution strategy with the core team and document these decisions in the project execution plan.
* Develop and execute sourcing plan & BVOA's for project.
* Maintain project schedule updates as required for the project with support from the project team.
* Aid with developing and submitting Construction turn over (CTO) packages.
* Ensure that the development of the conceptual scope of work during the FEE (Front End Engineering) stage is fully supported.
* Work with Fluor Planners and construction vendors to document all base scope blocks during Front End Planning that will be used as a basis for each vendors Target Value Estimate
* Organize & maintain the projects Win/Loss Metrics & insure they are documented in Fluor's O.C.S. (Operations Control System) with support from the assigned Project Lead Planner
* Facilitate teams in setting up design review and release structures.
* On larger teams, work cluster groups may need to be developed to ensure information is received by all customers.
* Stay informed of engineering documents, vendor information and final design deliverables as needed from the client, design engineers and construction during all phases of the project.
* Work with the project execution team to develop and maintain accurate schedules using the Last Planner System
* During construction, the Lead Planner is accountable to lead weekly execution meeting activities but may require support from the ProjectManager/Program Manager
* Hold Project Closing Debriefs with Client & Trade Partners if requested/required.
Basic Job Requirements
* Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
* Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
* Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
* Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
* Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
