Pros of working at Emerald Queen Casino

The work is easy. The benefits include real health insurance from premera and 19 paid days off per year to start, increasing up to 31 paid days off per year.

Cons of working at Emerald Queen Casino

It's not a safe environment. Security does nothing to deter or prevent the daily car thefts from their garages. Improper food handling procedures are rampant, causing repeated food born illnesses. The lack of leadership at the executive level has caused extreme complacency and indifference throughout every department. The pay is far less than average for many positions.

Once you've completed the 90 day probationary period, it's almost impossible to get laid off or fired.
