The Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor position is responsible for working in a dual capacity position while providing superior guest service. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: 1) Table Games Dealer: Greets patrons of the casino, handles buy-in and payoff transactions and deals table games while adhering to department policies and procedures. Effectively communicates with managers and staff, verifies fills, credits and chip amounts issued. 2) Floor Supervisor: Oversees the games in progress, along with customers and employees in assigned sections. Ensures company assets are safeguarded, issues playing cards and dice for any irregularities during shifts and tends to any guest issues or questions. Additional duties include handling guest buy-ins and payouts, tracks and rates players, and enforces rules and regulations established by casino. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
This position starts at $16.76/hr plus tips with dual rate to $33.54/hr and increases to the standard $16.76/hr dual rate plus tips with dual rate to $35.10/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation.
