They work with a broad range of age groups, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan.
Qualifications:
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners need to be licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing
Part-time requires 15 - 20 hours of availability per week
All clinicians are required to complete an in-house training on our ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to excellence. As the Surgical Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our surgical department, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports.
Oversee the operations of 27 operating rooms.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.
Implement and maintain best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety.

The Focus program works with the Lane County Treatment Court to provide outpatient treatment services to justice-involved community members. This special program is offered to those who are looking for methods to break the cycle of incarceration and our counselors support these goals by teaching clients prosocial values to reduce criminal thinking errors. Treatment Court staff work to set our clients up for success with counseling and case management services.
The UA Tech provides administrative support services to clients and clinical staff and duties will include, but are not limited to:
Observing urinalyses for Emergence's Focus program which provides services for Benton County Treatment Court.
Completing accurate and thorough clinical documentation in a variety of mediums including pen and paper or through the use of Emergence electronic health records system, Carelogic.
Maintaining chain of custody reports and ensuring all required documentation is stored and organized appropriately.
Cleaning and restocking restrooms regularly during shift.
Other duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Substance Use Disorder Counselor Responsibilities:
Manages client flow in Albany office with little direct supervision.
Manages all aspects of a case from date of entry to date of discharge.
Evaluates patients' physical and mental behaviors.
Develops appropriate treatment and recovery plans.
Facilitates individual and group therapy sessions.
Monitors patients over time to access treatment progress.
Collaborates with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, social workers, and departments of correction as appropriate.
Identifies behaviors that interfere with treatment and recovery.
Assists primary caregivers to manage addiction-related behavior.
Requirements
Substance Use Disorder Counselor Requirements:
Associate degree in chemical dependency counseling, or a bachelor's degree with coursework in chemical dependency preferred,
but not required

Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I or II (CADC-I or CADC-II), or similar preferred,
but not required
.
Ability to be certified in the specific competency within 2 years of hire.
Previous experience with the treatment of substance use disorders preferred.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems like Carelogic would be advantageous.
Experience with co-occurring health and mental health problems.
Application of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services' (SAMHSA) best practice indicators.
In-depth knowledge of drug and alcohol testing to monitor treatment plans and medical instructions.
Self-starter, capable carrying out multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
Ability to work Friday evenings.
