Key Responsibilities
Conduct home visits to deliver prenatal and postnatal education, assessment, and support.

Educate the community about available maternal and family-health resources.

Collaborate with the Director of Public Health Services to ensure compliance with Iowa HHS and Medicaid standards.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners.
Travel throughout southwest Iowa to provide home-based and community services.
