As the Executive Director, you will serve as the Administrator of the entire home health provider and is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations. This includes: coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long range objectives of the company; oversight of the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care; implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations; enhancing the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company

Required Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RegisteredNurse licensure with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

LA: Must have 3 years of management experience in the delivery of health care service
Preferred Qualifications:
Home care experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). (CR.1c) As part of the Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Certification, at a minimum, the Program direct-care staff, must have eight (8) hours of education specific to the Program scope, initially, and at least annually thereafter.
(CR.1e) As part of the Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Certification, staff possess adaptability to processes as related to up to date best practices, collaboration between departments, compliance with protocols/processes, communication, cooperation and exceptional customer service.

Clinical Liaison (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA or ST) that is responsible for working with other Clinical/Community Liaisons, CEOs, Admission Coordinators, and the Corporate Team to help consistently drive patient census in the hospital. The CL will promote the hospital services by cultivating relationships with referral sources, conducting educational presentations and providing facility tours. The average census of the hospital provides a "group performance indicator for the CL team" and the Admit-Referral report provides a "specific performance indicator for the individual CL." Job Requirements
MUST HAVE CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
RegisteredNurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, or Speech Therapist preferred.
Licensed clinician required.
