Job Summary: Under direction and supervision of the Medical Director for medical matters and the Program Director for administrative matters, participates in the promotion and restoration of patients' health, collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; and provides support to patients. Essential Functions: Provides direct supervision of the nursing staff, including RNs and LPNs to ensure continuity among nursing teams, and clinical pharmacy staff, by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing professional needs.
