Must have RN license Must have BLS. Responsibility: Monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety. Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians. Assess patients' vital signs and adjust treatment parameters as necessary. Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and kidney disease management. Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nephrologists and technicians. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean dialysis environment.
