Position Summary:
Provide direct patient care under the guidelines and protocols provided by the UNMH Rapid Response Medical Director. Operate within the scope of practice as defined by the New Mexico Bureau of Emergency Medical Services along with any approved UNMH special skills. Function as a patient advocate. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. Patient care assignment may include Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric Age Groups.
Detailed responsibilities:
* PATIENT CARE - Provide basic life support up to advanced life support to include defibrillation/cardio version, oral/nasal endotracheal intubation, medication administration, needle thoracotomy, surgical cricothyrotomy, deep suctioning, interosseous catheter Insertion, perform/interpret 12-lead EKG's and chemical blood glucose tests
* PATIENT CARE - Perform patient care; work autonomously to stabilize patients and guide care until providers arrive; triage emergency care (outpatient response on hospital property to emergency department); stabilize and/or prepare patient for transport; document all patient care activities; assessment of test results and laboratory values for purpose of adjusting patient therapy; respond to hospital non-patient emergencies
* PATIENT CARE - Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, topical application, sublingual and intravenous administration of medications via the seven rights; provide for nebulized drug administration; document and communicate clinical findings

* Evaluate protective coating condition including internal, external and atmospheric systems and make repairs as needed, evaluate pipe anomalies and perform remaining strength calculations in accordance with established procedures
* Have an understanding of pipeline internal corrosion mechanisms and related mitigation measures including treatment and testing, collection of samples, bacteria, pH, dissolved H2S, and C02 testing and analysis, and perform chemical requirement calculations
* Perform cathodic protection design including current requirement calculations and soil resistivity testing
* Generate and maintain the reports covering rectifiers, bonds, pipeline isolation and annual corrosion control reports
* Install, maintain and repair rectifiers, anodes systems, cables, bonds, test stations and perform ground bed efficiency calculations

ABOUT THE JOB
The AGRIntelligence (AI) Technician trains and assists the location team in the implementation and use of precision agriculture technologies including field data collection and analysis. These responsibilities include soil sampling, EC data collection, yield monitoring technical assistance, use of AI360, telemetry systems & software, along with other connected devices including the technology that facilitates communication between devices and the AI360 system and other tasks related to AI information management services (i.e. precision agriculture). This role also includes farm data collection, data analysis and data delivery responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Manager or AI Specialist.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Researches and evaluates new digital farming /information management services and other new technologies.
Reviews and performs quality control on AI products created for customers.
Delivers, communicates and presents AI products and services to customers with the assistance of the sales team.
Assists the sales team with the selling, positioning, delivery and presentation of AI products and services by allowing the Sales Representatives to lead and manage customer accounts.
Ensures that AI products and services meet the company standards and requirements.
Communicates and interacts with the Branch Manager, sales team, AI field support and other AGRIntelligence team members on a regular basis to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
Provides technical training and support to the Helena team and customers using AI branded products/services, AI360 or other related products/services.
Serves as the primary source for all AI field work such as soil sampling, tissue sampling, EC data collection, setting field boundaries, etc.
Works as the liaison between the branch, Sales Representatives, sales support team, AI Specialist, Product Manager and Agronomist in all matters related to AI services.

Trains and assists location team with precision farming activities including gathering soil samples using GIS technology and training in the use of electrical conductivity equipment (i.e. Veris, Dualem, EM38).
Serves as the key contact for hardware and software issues including providing troubleshooting assistance to the locations and farmers for the operation of precision agriculture software and hardware components.
Communicates market intelligence and competitive threats to BU leadership.
Ensures that all data collected through the functions of the job are safely and securely transferred to the Field Support Center for timely processing.
Assists and supports the installation of precision agriculture equipment such as VR hardware, yield monitors, telemetry hardware/software, and possibly other iOT equipment, computers and software at the locations, in the farmers' fields and in application equipment.
Encourages thorough data collection among the users and customers of the AI system in order to be prepared for future opportunities and offerings.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree is required or associate's degree and one year of related work experience or no degree and three years of related work experience is required.

Ability to travel by various means up to 25-30% or less is required.
Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
