This position will assist with procedure room set-up, equipment cleaning and maintenance, pre and post procedure assistance as directed by the Registered Nurse as well as entering and maintaining inventory control and clerical duties for the department. What you will do Prepares the Operating Room for surgical procedures in a timely fashion. This may include, not be limited to: organizing equipment and needed instruments; setting up quickly and accurately for emergency cases; assuring proper and adequate equipment for all cases. Initiate and provide care within the scope of practice as defined by law providing emergency care to a wide range of patients including pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
