Responsibilities: * Facilitate a close working relationship between our Client and DocGo * Act as the liaison and the point person to ensure a strong partnership * Work independently and establish strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and staff * Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates to stakeholders * Maintain a clear focus on high quality patient care and service * Address any issues that arise and include DocGo leadership when needed * Problem solve and find solutions for any areas of improvement opportunities * Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all verbal and written communications, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and industry standards related to patient privacy, communication, and ethical conduct in all interactions with patients and external stakeholders * Stay informed about developments in healthcare trends, patient engagement strategies, and regulatory changes, seeking opportunities for professional development and incorporating new knowledge into daily practice * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Must have 3 years of customer service experience * Valid NY State EMT certification * Valid NYS Driver's license, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record * Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, etc.) * Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communication effectively with diverse stakeholders in a professional manner * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
