Cleans, sanitizes, and assembles equipment in an acceptable sanitary fashion within the established time frame. Achieves tech release status within 2 months of accepting position as EPSU Tech. Thoroughly examines work area prior to releasing it for production to ensure that everything is clean, sanitized, and set-up properly for start up.
