What you'll be working on:
Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
Completed an accredited PA program with a national certification
Currently licensed in DC with ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and Sunday required)
Ability to work afternoons and evenings (current shifts range from 6a - 5p or or 9a - 8p or 11a - 10p)

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base hourly range for this role is $56.50 to $63.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule plus evening and weekend differential. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience, physical location (state you live in) and patient care schedule. During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member's overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The University Health Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship is a 12-month, postgraduate training program for certified, licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Minimum Qualifications:
Work schedule: 8 hour shifts: Monday thru Friday
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with minimum of 2 years' experience
Board Certified Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Maintains necessary CME requirements.
Licensed or eligible for licensing as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Active or eligible for DEA license
BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in an Inpatient, Surgical, or Critical Care setting

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience preferred, but we are willing to train. This is a full-time position, with a 5 days/week of patients.

Job Description
Duties will include the following: Physical assessments, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of dermatological disorders. Perform full body skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy and ED&C.
Typically 2-3 communities per day. All communities are grouped by location.
Full time, 5 days/week, Flexibility to work less days if desired.
