Level 1 Trauma experience preferred

PACU Registered Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, compassionate post-anesthesia care in a busy PACU setting
Monitor and assess patient recovery: vital signs, pain management, and consciousness levels
Administer medications, blood products, and manage IV and central lines
Utilize advanced nursing skills: telemetry, ventilator care, dysrhythmia recognition, and management of ventilated patients
Provide care for surgical specialties: bariatrics, cardiac, neuro, ortho, vascular, and more
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (IV, respiratory, pharmacy, rapid response, lift teams, interpretation services)
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using electronic health record systems
Participate in self-scheduling and fulfill weekend/holiday coverage as required
