Administers and answers donor questions about the Plasmapheresis Informed Consent, RSV Plasmapheresis Informed Consent and the informed consent for any other applicable donation program.
Administers the AIDS Bulletin and assesses the donors understanding of high-risk activities.
Keeps accurate, legible, and complete donor records in accordance with cGMP.
Reviews normal donor laboratory work within time requirements as outlines in the SOPs and refers abnormal lab work to the Licensed Center Physician(s).
Observes and approves staff training in medically related areas.

Job Description
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) safely provides anesthesia to surgical patients for a variety of operations and/or procedures. In this pivotal position, you'll be integral to patient recovery, managing care on 34 operating rooms across two floors, including pediatric, geriatric, and interventional cases. You'll utilize advanced equipment such as Hoyer lifts, bladder scanners, and Accuvein to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Our ideal candidate is adaptable, attentive, and experienced in PACU or pre/post-operative settings, with proven competence in high-pressure environments.
Required Skills:
Valid RN license in applicable state
Minimum of 1 year PACU or Pre/Post Op nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
Excellent patient communication and teamwork abilities
Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS
Nice to Have Skills:
Pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certification (preferred for pediatric care)
Experience working in a multi-specialty surgical environment
Ability to handle complex recovery cases with varying acuity levels
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
At least two years of PACU or perioperative nursing experience in a high-volume hospital setting
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work scheduled weekends, with rotating or fixed shifts (Day, 3x12-Hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30)
Ability to work as part of an emergency response team, if needed
Comfort working with pediatric and adult patients in diverse surgical procedures
Must pass background check and compliance screenings
