Summary NEO (do not need EMT certification), under general supervision, and in accordance with Medical Control Board's policy, procedure and protocol, performs specific tasks required for the effective and efficient care of behavioral health patients in a pre-hospital setting and/or intra-facility transfers; as an operator of a Basic Life Support/Non-Emergency Secure and Safe SUV. These transfers will receive security escorts in and out of the vehicle. Patient Care and Documentation1. Reviews daily agenda of pre-scheduled calls, locates address on map, if time permits.2.
