**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the North America market and Emerson's solutions for Turbine Controls. Understand operations, control applications, and the government/industry drivers within the market and provide knowledge and training to the North America Sales force.
+ Identify target applications, competitors, and/or customers in which Emerson controls are particularly well-suited to fill niches and opportunities in the turbine market.
+ Identify potential third-party business partners to fill gaps in our solution portfolio.
+ Develop solution messaging to address pains and desires of North America power and water plant users.
+ Coordinate and drive the sales force as needed to promote Emerson's automation solutions
+ Collaborate with PWS Marketing and Communications team to develop product literature, presentations, and other media to support turbine control automation promotions.
+ Collaborate on New Product Development processes for turbine control market products. Capture 'voice of the customer' feedback and marketing information to drive future product enhancements.
+ Identify, prepare for, and attend trade events that promote Emerson Turbine Control Automation Solutions.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a similar STEM related field
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in the power generation, automation industry, marketing, sales, projects, operations or product development
+ Proven understanding of how power generation facilities operate, how they use equipment and technologies, as well as control systems and how they are applied in the North American market
+ Ability to travel 40-50% of the time

Huntsman's Performance Products Division is seeking a Chemical Operator supporting our facility in Rock Hill, Carolina. This position will report to the Plant Management Team.
In summary, as the Chemical Operator, you will:
Document operating and quality conditions of plant equipment and processes,
Notify appropriate personnel when operating and quality conditions are not met and respond accordingly,
Transfer materials into or out of drums, bags, tankers, railcars or other types of containers that may require heavy lifting (in excess of 55 lbs.) above the waistline.
Move and connect chemical hoses to pumps, reactors, tanks, tank wagons, and other equipment,
Maneuver drums, and other containers weighing up to 550 lbs. to position on pallets for filling and storage,
Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment such as tanks, pipes, hoses, pumps, etc. Use of tools, compressed gas equipment, rigging, and other operations involving equipment maintenance,
Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as Tyvek suits, rubber gloves, rubber boots, and full-face respirators when handling chemicals or performing tasks where PPE is required,
Complete all Safety training as required to include confined space training and/or rescue training,
Any other assigned duties.

Job Overview:
This exciting role is critical to driving a great customer experience and channel engagement for our strategic accounts globally as it relates to sales. + Develop best cost solutions to meet customer needs and ensure competitive positioning.

+ Prepare pre-qualification submittals and supporting marketing collateral to position Emerson favorably to win future business.

+ Effectively present costs, risks, and differentiators to key decision makers.
+ Prepare responses to customer inquiries and requests for changes.

+ Review purchase orders to ensure they accurately reflect the proposal.
+ Prepare and submit order entry paperwork.
+ Support internal and customer kick-off meetings.
+ Provide assistance in the development of the commercial proposal strategy that mitigates project commercial risk exposure and best positions the execution team to allow scope and profitability growth.
