Based in the Midwest region of the United States, you will lead the sales efforts for the Building Automation industry by working with a dynamic team of sales and engineering professionals.
This is a field-based position located within the assigned territory. Territory includes: North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Northern Illinois. You will be working with regions of Chicago, Midwest-North, Midwest South, and Bakken to grow the Flexim business in the Midwest District.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Growing the Flexim Business and elevating product knowledge and strategy of account managers in the Midwest District.
+ Developing sales across multiple industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, W&WW, mining, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation).
+ Coordinating with the Regional Manager to align sales & marketing strategies, including campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, and conferences.
+ The primary point of contact for distributors and customers for all product and application requirements.
+ Creating and implementing a market business plan in cooperation with Regional Managers / Regional Sales Director to achieve budget targets.
+ Analyzing and identifying new applications and/or submarkets that FLEXIM can optimally service with their products, and identifying market trends and competitor activity in your market.
+ Lead, motivate, train, and develop distributors and end users on flow metering applications.
+ Provide monthly progress reports to management.

**Program location**

The Circleville Plant is hiring a Kapton Films Processing Maintenance Coordinator for a day shift position, reporting to the Kapton Films Processing Unit Leader. This role will have responsibility to schedule maintenance or asset care activities for all area assets including Coating Tower, StabF, StabX, Laminator, ED Treater, Slitting, Warehouse, and QC Lab. This role balances the production requirements with maintenance and engineering activities. The maintenance coordinator ensures equipment is available to meet production demands in ways that optimize total business cost (production downtime, maintenance cost, MRO inventory cost, etc.). This role understands the needs of production schedules and the windows for maintenance and capital activities to occur. This role maximizes the production job steps including decommissioning, permitting, lockout, and re-commissioning plus the maintenance and capital work to ensure successful integration to minimize cost and production downtime. This maintenance coordinator negotiates with all Kapton stakeholders to attain the best business solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not be limited to:
* Understand the production strategy (goals), how it pertains to operating the production process, and how equipment effectiveness and availability impacts the production strategy
* Lead integration of the Work Management Process (WMP) into the production, maintenance, and engineering cultures
* Develop schedules for downtime activities are turn arounds (TARs)
* Support the integration of the Reliability Management Process (RMP) into the production culture
* Production representative in the MRO Inventory managing process(es) that is led by the MRO Planner
* Owns PM Outlook for the area and ensures timely completion of all preventative maintenance tasks
* Lead and participate in area audits and investigations (safety and quality)
Qualifications
Required:
* Five years' experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment
* Proficiency with SAP transactions, MS Word and Excel

Program location
This internship will take place at one of our North American plant locations. Many of our internships take place at our Ohio-based plant locations with potential opportunities for the internship to take place in our plants located in Iowa, Tennessee, Oklahoma, or Massachusetts.

Intern project assignments are focused on our World Class Manufacturing methodology and could be in areas such as:

The position works a 12-hour rotating day schedule, including weekends, and supervises a staff of production employees in Vespel manufacturing on a 12-hour rotating day/night shift schedule.

The Job:
As a CNC Prototype Machinist , you'll be part of our Prototype Manufacturing team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (including 4 & 5 axis mills, lathes, and multi-axis) to fabricate metal parts to precise specifications for prototypes and small production runs.
Receive and review CAD files and technical drawings from the engineering group for prototype and production projects.
Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and part specifications to determine required dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of operations.
Program CNC machines using Mastercam software to create accurate, high-quality parts.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job based on engineering requirements.
Inspect finished parts and prototypes for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools and instruments.
Collaborate and communicate with engineers and designers to optimize manufacturability and resolve design or production challenges.
Maintain detailed documentation of CNC programming, machine setups, material usage, and process improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines, tooling, or production processes as they arise.
Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols and supporting general shop operations.

The Pay range for this role is $16.10 - $25.30 Hourly
