**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Growing the Flexim Business and elevating product knowledge and strategy of account managers in the Midwest District.
+ Developing sales across multiple industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, W&WW, mining, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation).
+ Coordinating with the Regional Manager to align sales & marketing strategies, including campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, and conferences.
+ The primary point of contact for distributors and customers for all product and application requirements.
+ Creating and implementing a market business plan in cooperation with Regional Managers / Regional Sales Director to achieve budget targets.
+ Analyzing and identifying new applications and/or submarkets that FLEXIM can optimally service with their products, and identifying market trends and competitor activity in your market.
+ Lead, motivate, train, and develop distributors and end users on flow metering applications.
+ Provide monthly progress reports to management.

Job Overview:
The Field Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating and/or Centac and ECC air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components. You will use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting of compressed air equipment. In addition, you need to have knowledge of all operations and parts manuals associated with all equipment.
Responsibilities:
In addition to performing preventative maintenance on Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment, our service techs will interact with customers to address existing and unanticipated equipment concerns. Collaborate with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs. All service technicians will assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
* Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
* Provides technical assistance on equipment pre-commissioning and start-ups, installations, and repairs of compressed air systems. Including "hands-on" work to assure equipment operates to customer's requirement with limited guidance from the Master Technician.

Requirements:
* 2 years+ experience of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
* Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
* Every service technician is required to be on-call, but you will not be on-call for the first 90 days to get used to the schedule. This is shared with every service tech, and it requires being available 24/7 for the 1-week duration where you will go to customer sites. On-call weeks can be as often as every 4 weeks or greater than 4 weeks, but that will be determined by the hiring manager.
* This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move weight limits in line with the safety policy.

We are now looking for a Business Manager focusing on the Americas (US/CA/MX) commercial market to lead and accelerate our new business growth in the country. Due to the highly disruptive nature and pace of change, these solutions are at the leading edge of automated test tools and methods.
A successful Business Manager is a high impact business leader in the region; a key driver of new business growth and execution of Semiconductor and Electronics Business Unit (SEBU) strategies; an advocate of our top customers' requirements and schedules.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
With a strong Mixed-Signal domain expertise within the commercial space, you will collaborate closely within the business unit & account managers.
Refine our business strategy, identify target accounts, and execute on aligned account objectives to validate NI's offering and secure customer commitment.
Collaborate with technical marketers, product managers, and R&D team members to create technical content.
Work closely with NI test integration partners to identify new markets and jointly develop new business.
Find & develop relationships with subject matter experts and leadership within the target customer accounts, and position innovative solutions to customer needs.
**Qualifications**
**_For This Role, You Will Need:_**
Education background in bachelors or master's STEM degree required, Electrical Engineering
Demonstrated record of leading cross-functional teams through influence to deliver on business results. Experience in working with varied cultures & countries, as part of a global organization.
Technical domain knowledge and/or system development experiences for 4G and 5G RAN and test in the telecommunication industry.
Technical knowledge in any of the major mixed signal semiconductor products such as Power Management IC, Signal Chain, Sensors, Data Converters etc.
5~10 years relevant hands-on experiences on business development, sales, technical service, product development and market development in telecommunication industry

Test and measurement instruments, such as Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, Function/Signal Generators, Source Measure Units, DMMs etc.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $220,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
