**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Develop new customer accounts that are providing power plants for data centers, including EPCs, investors, MEP's, Hyper Scalers, Operation & Maintenance companies and end users.
+ Promote and sell the Ovation Platform and other Emerson applications for power plants and microgrids, aligning solutions with customer needs and project requirements
+ Actively engage potential customers to understand their business objectives, needs, and pain points. Then provide appropriate solutions using the Emerson Portfolio.
+ Develop, execute, and communicate strategic account plans to penetrate new markets and grow share in the data center energy segment, short and long term
+ Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including C-Level executives, senior-level decision makers, technical teams and successfully navigate the procurement process.
+ Create and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients
+ Identify and recommend account strategies through territory business analysis
+ Negotiate technical and commercial issues to close orders
+ Provide concise industry updates, competitive differentiation and pricing strategy to executive-level management
+ Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
+ Participation in select professional meetings, trade shows, and conferences as a representative of Emerson

Job Overview:
As an Aseptic Technician II, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the aseptic filling of pharmaceutical products in ISO class 7 rooms with ISO 4 and 5 filling hood systems. Responsibilities:
* Perform aseptic filling of pharmaceutical products using ISO class 7 clean rooms with ISO 4 and 5 filling hood systems.
* Operate equipment, including filling machines, autoclaves, and sterilizers, according to established protocols and SOP's.
* Will perform a variety of processing duties according to the Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) in the Manufacturing Department including, but not limited to the cleaning / recovery of classified area and work spaces, components preparation, weighing of the raw materials, compounding/formulation, filtration of solutions, aseptic filling, inspection, labeling and packaging.
* Prepare the clean room (materials, resources, etc.) with the aim of eliminating any errors and to work according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the filling room, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces.
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Complete all necessary documentation and records, including batch records and logbooks, according to GMP guidelines.
* Participate in training programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge of aseptic techniques and procedures.
* Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor / management.

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineering Development Program (MEDP) is a 2-year development program in manufacturing focused on developing and accelerating technical expertise across the Supply Chain. Engineers in the MEDP will work in manufacturing engineering assignments to gain experience through a mix of on-the-job training and classroom education structured to provide a foundation of technical and leadership skills. You'll complete two 12-month assignments to cultivate growth in key technical disciplines and engineering responsibilities. In addition, the MEDP will foster mentorship and structured learning opportunities with our team of manufacturing experts. Upon completion, you will be ready for promotional opportunities to further advance in GE Aerospace.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide daily hands-on support to shop floor personnel to help facilitate problem-solving and process improvements related to production or development labs.
* Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing skills and interpret blueprints to facilitate component manufacturing processes.
* Utilize various design and analytical software to support and improve manufacturing processes.
* Advance and develop manufacturing planning, processes and work instructions.
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to improve product quality, increase throughput, and reduce manufacturing costs.
* Collect and analyze data from manufacturing processes to drive short- and long-term actions that support production.
* Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to identify waste and support decision-making processes.
* Manage project plans related to manufacturing changes and collaborate with various functions to drive action and project closure.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college (or an associate degree in Engineering or a Technology discipline with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience)
* Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding (or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing-related role)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Engage with supply chain and manufacturing programs to compliantly drive critical part delivery and allocation calls.
+ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure short term execution as well as longer term planning to ensure capacity to meet business need in future quarters
+ Manage material processes and systems to provide accurate signals, includes data cleanliness requirements (removal of defects/inaccuracies).
+ Working with the warehouse for incoming hardware to ensure that part tracking and allocation is accurate in systems.
+ Understand system processing at the fulfillment horizon to align to program needs.
+ Reviews waterfalls and open orders to manage shortages while building strong relationships with internal supplier management team.

+ Work with warehouse teams (Erlanger or CPLC) to ensure material flow and kitting to align to build plan.
+ Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.

+ Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
