I got a paycheck

Cons of working at Emery Sapp & Sons

Bad management, poor organization, rude and fake people. No lunch, vague sick days, bad culture. ESOP is a scam.

What do you like best about Emery Sapp & Sons's CEO and the leadership team?

Management is bad and created a very disorganized and toxic culture. Deadlines are blurry and everything is vague.

How does your compensation at Emery Sapp & Sons compare to the industry average?

It’s okay at best. At least they do prevailing wage otherwise I would not work there.
