Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman - Residential at Barsan Construction LLC, located in Minocqua, WI. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects, managing work crews, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining project schedules. The Foreman will coordinate with subcontractors, manage heavy equipment operations, and perform carpentry tasks as needed. Daily tasks include overseeing project progress, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring the quality of craftsmanship.

We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house X-ray capabilities, ultrasound, ECG, blood pressure monitoring, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas and grooming services.

Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.
Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.

The Ultrasonographer performs diagnostic OB/GYN, abdominal and other ultrasound exams. Completes exam analysis and preparation for Radiologist's review and interpretation. After hour on-call ultrasound is rotated amongst sonographers. Call back response time is 45-minutes.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

If working in a department performing breast ultrasound, you must complete American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Breast certification, or ARRT Breast Sonography (BS) credential within 2 years' of hire.
