EMH&T is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Industrial & Logistics division located in Columbus, OH. This role provides administrative support to our Project Managers. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, effective communications, and timely project delivery. This is not a Project Manager role. The Industrial & Logistics team supports rail clients, trucking facilities, warehouses, intermodal facilities, data centers, car dealerships, medical campuses, senior living facilities, and more. Responsibilities * Work with project engineer/manager to obtain and submit project permits, track progress, and follow up with agencies for approvals. * Track consultant deliverables and ensure timely submissions. * Request scope/fee from consultants, prepare proposals/work orders for client submission, and manage project numbers in accounting software. * Prepare, send, track, and finalize professional service agreements and task orders for consultants. * Attend staff meetings, create and maintain records on work in progress, and provide progress updates against timelines and deliverables. * Participate in project conference calls/web-conferences, document meeting minutes, and track assigned tasks. * Track senior team members' projects, budgets, and proposals for team-wide reference. * Collaborate with team leaders to review sites and gather due diligence documents from municipal sources. * Assist with project budgets and expenses. * Assist with invoices, billing, and financial reporting. * Provide administrative support including deliveries, ordering materials, scanning contracts, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes and training sessions, gathering proposal documents, maintaining electronic filing systems, and archiving. The Section Manager will be responsible for management of structures staff, delivery of project submissions, staff development, project profitability, staff morale, and quality control. They will function as a Project Manager or Project Engineer on large / complex infrastructure projects. They will be involved in business development planning, client management, proposal preparation, and interviews. Our CAD Technician works collaboratively with the engineering team to draft technical engineering design components, assist with preliminary and completed layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings from technical notes, sketches, and/or other drawings. EMH&T is currently looking for a CCTV Assistant to join our Infratechnologies team based in Columbus, OH. The work schedule is Monday through Friday. This position requires overnight travel typically from Mondays and returning on Fridays. Travel per diem is $65.00 per day and paid when required to stay overnight. The CCTV Assistant works with specialized equipment to locate and mark storm water and sanitary sewer collection systems; and assists with the process of videotaping the interiors of pipe systems using closed circuit video (CCTV) equipment inside the water systems. You will be working around sanitary and storm sewers. No prior experience is necessary. We provide on-the-job training. Safety is our top priority so you will be trained and certified in your role. We also hold annual training. Position Requirements: * Ability to carry out written instructions and read and interpret sewer system maps and plans; * Ability to read and record data accurately; strong work ethics; promptness; focus and attention to detail, organizational and follow up capabilities. * Ability to react to unusual situations that may call for rapid exit from confined space; punctual and dependable; integrity; and ability to work in a team environment. * Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. This position works directly with the client and is responsible for the planning and organizing of workflow, providing technical oversight of various project components, overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details and specifications, as well as plan reviews and modifications. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing calculations, participating in studies, and developing solutions involving stormwater management and flood risk assessment, mapping, and mitigation. You will have opportunities to work both independently and also as part of a collaborative team with professionals from other EMH&T practice areas for delivery of an overall project. Our Water Resources team has earned a strong reputation for engineering excellence and is consistently at the forefront of many of the public and private sector projects that are shaping the future of Central Ohio and beyond. This position requires overnight travel typically from Mondays and returning on Fridays. Travel per diem is $65.00 per day and paid when required to stay overnight. The CCTV Assistant works with specialized equipment to locate and mark storm water and sanitary sewer collection systems; and assists with the process of videotaping the interiors of pipe systems using closed circuit video (CCTV) equipment inside the water systems. You will be working around sanitary and storm sewers. No prior experience is necessary. We provide on-the-job training. Safety is our top priority so you will be trained and certified in your role.
