As an entrepreneur, Arnab spent over 20 years handling the design & development of the latest technologies. In his prior role as Co-founder & CIO of a US healthcare tech organization, he was responsible for all technology R&D strongly intertwined with clients’ business needs.

As Chief Financial Officer, Anisha Madan oversees finance functions at emids. She works closely with other executives to build long-term and short-term strategies and help implement them, while also adopting the best standards of financial and operational disciplines. With almost 20 years of finance leadership experience, Anisha spent most of her career with GE Healthcare and GE Transportation. She was most recently focused on sales and operations finance in addition to leading sales transformation, pricing strategy and building high performing and engaged finance teams at Change Healthcare. Anisha graduated from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with her MBA, and has a BA in Economics and Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Michael Hollis oversees emids’ marketing and sales operations. He is responsible for overall sales effectiveness, business development and client relationships, as well as for articulating the company’s service offerings to prospective clients and industries. Michael is an active member of Nashville’s professional and nonprofit community, serving on several advisory boards and as a committee member of the Nashville Technology Council and the Nashville Health Care Council's Leadership Health Care initiative.

As the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, Balajee Sethuraman drives the firm’s go to market strategy and growth initiatives, while driving multiple transformation threads to further consolidate emids’ position as a digital transformation leader in Healthcare. Balajee brings over 23 years in driving strategic growth in entrepreneurial high growth settings across the United States and Europe. Balajee is a seasoned technology leader with strong commercial, operations and technology experience, helping scale businesses and pivot business to enable digital transformation. Balajee’s background cuts across Services, Products and Platforms.

As Healthcare Technology Solutions (HTS) president at emids, Kumar Kolin focuses on strategic initiatives, growth and research and development. Kolin leads the Innovation Team by serving as executive leader of Cloud Engineering. With over 25 years of success managing and leading high-performance technology teams, he served as Technology Partner, Deputy CIO and Digital Innovation Leader at industry giant Deloitte. Kolin is also founder and CEO of cloudx, a company designed to create an integrated partnership of domain, design and engineering constructed to reboot how technology services are delivered.
