The Role The Customer Account Representative provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. The Customer Account Representative accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement and core values. Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours/days of work are Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours with SUNDAY'S OFF along with one other weekday off. Compensation The Customer Account Representative position is paid hourly in accordance with Get It Now!'s usual payroll procedures.
