KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assists in directing the strategic planning, development, and implementation of programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Administrative experience in a university medical school, with specific experience in preparation and/or review of faculty appointment and promotion packages.
NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. SUMMARY:
Support one or more major projects within the Rule of Law Program, including design and implementation of multi-faceted initiatives related to legal issues around access to justice, democracy, and civil society, support for international field offices, budget management, drafting of proposals and donor reports, fundraising, and public relations. Liaises with both Carter Center staff and external clients, as required. May conduct applied research, manage program publications, supervise interns, and other project(s) responsibilities as assigned. The Senior Program Associate will report to the Director of the Rule of Law Program or designee. Due to the requirements of the position, Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) will be required as part of the position and must be completed before any travel commences. This position will require periodic travel within the United States, and may require periodic international travel (and re-entry to the United States) to West Africa, including Sierria Leone, and South Asia, including Bangladesh.

The Assistant Manager of Remote Care Programs will be responsible and accountable for over-seeing the operations and patient flow of all Hospital at Home units on her/his respective shift. Essential Job Functions:
Collaborates with the Hospital at Home leadership team in supporting changes, new and existing programs with staff input and feedback.
Assist in development of goals that are consistent with department goals and Hospitals' mission.
Assists & collaborates in utilizing appropriate resources and departments to facilitate operations.
Active participation in committee work and task force assignments on as needed bases.
Identifies issues, presents strategies and acts as a change agent to resolve patient care issues.
Participates in the CQI processes. Assists in identifying issues to be examined, collect and analyze data, and report to QI committee and staff.
Collaborates with the Manager on effecting change in-patient care delivery and operations based on research, quality and improvement findings.
Promote and encourage QI and research activities appropriate to specialty area.
Participates in recruitment and selection of unit and H@H staff.

Participates in Performance Appraisal process for staff on unit and recognizes staff for performance.

Participates within professional organizations to improve patient care.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of two years nursing experience. Minimum of one year clinical experience in the area they are applying. Charge Nurse experience with demonstrated leadership skills required.
An active Registered Nurse license through the State of Illinois.Specialty certifications preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to maintain an open network of communication among staff members, care center and sector leadership, and other health care professionals and departments.

First-Year & Transition Programs in the Office of Student Success is seeking an Assistant Director to contribute to successful retention, progression, and graduation of students, especially those in their first year of college. The Assistant Director will lead first-year program staff and initiatives designed to help students successfully matriculate at Georgia State and help them reach their retention, progression, and graduation goals. The Assistant Director will create and implement effective programs designed to provide academic support for undergraduate students as they transition from high school and other collegiate institutions. The Assistant Director will play a major role in implementing the use of predictive analytics and proactive outreach to improve student outcomes. The Assistant Director will also serve as the university liaison to faculty, and peer offices within and outside the enrollment services suite of offices. Essential Job Functions
Leads and provides strategic planning for First-Year & Transition Programs suite of student success interventions including but not limited to Freshman Learning Communities, GSU 1010\: First-Year Experience course, GSU 1050\: Panther Restart, and support for online students. Work collaboratively with campus partners in University Advisement Center and the Colleges for the creation of Freshman Learning Communities (FLC) or Perimeter Learning Communities (PLC) in all capacities including developing FLC and PLC models, reserving courses, and building schedules.
Provides supervision and direction duties such as hiring, training, and evaluating professional, graduate, and undergraduate staff. Advise and lead staff regarding university policies and procedures, and technical systems such as, but not limited to EAB Navigate and Banner.
Evaluates and maintains student records for special populations within the department, monitors student registration activities, academic performance/progress, coordinates communications to students regarding registration, programming, academic resources, monitors, and tracks retention, progression, and graduation for all students within assigned populations.
Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the student success, including collection of data; maintaining documentation files; writing and formatting a variety of correspondence, reports, procedures, and presentations related to First-Year & Transition Programs; and developing outreach materials, including newsletters and social media sites.
Serves as a liaison to other campus departments and student success units to effectively implement programmatic plans and to coordinate student success initiatives. Work with these units and other campus wide committees to develop and track metrics regarding student success outcomes. Coordinates communication with campus partners and faculty on academic program changes or updates.

SUMMARY:
The Senior Associate Director (Sr. A.D.), Caregivers, reports to the Director of the Rosalynn Carter Mental Health & Caregivers Program (RCMHCP or MHCP) of the Health Programs and oversees the Caregiver pillar. In collaboration with the Director, the Sr. AD. plays a lead role in setting the program's strategy and holds responsibilities for growing the caregiver portfolio of work supporting caregivers and caregiving.
The Sr. AD provides supervision and mentorship of staff, projects, and budgets, as well as administrative and programmatic oversight. The position drives the program's visibility and knowledge production overall and in key thematic areas through organizational reports, peer-reviewed publications, convening partners and facilitating expert meetings, and active engagement and advocacy with high-level partners.
The role includes supervision of staff, graduate assistants, and interns.
This position may require periodic international travel and re-entry into the United States. Due to the travel locations, Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) will be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and support the development and execution of the Caregiver strategy, including assessing new partnership opportunities, strengthening existing collaborations, and ensuring alignment across program pillars.
* Develop short- and long-term program goals by assessing strengths, gaps, opportunities, and constraints; provide strategic recommendations to the Director.
* Advance initiatives that scale trainings, influence policy, shift narratives, and incubate innovative approaches at local, national, and global levels, ensuring alignment across Health and Peace Programs.
* Oversee budgets for assigned projects, monitor expenditures, investigate variances, and ensure responsible financial management.
* Partner with Development to identify funding opportunities, prepare grant proposals and reports, and maintain donor relationships.
* Guide staff in designing and implementing Caregiver activities; foster coordination with Public Policy, Global Mental Health, and Journalism pillars.
* Represent the program to internal and external stakeholders, including partners, donors, delegations, and other organizations.
* Build and maintain strong partner and donor relationships; promote collaboration across Health and Peace Programs and international offices.
* Supervise Caregiver staff, support Associate Director in managing personnel matters, and participate in hiring and performance management.
* Ensure accurate recordkeeping, quality control of documents, and strong program operations through direct oversight or delegated supervision.
* Write and edit briefings, reports, correspondence, and public-facing materials in collaboration with relevant Carter Center offices.
* Work with the data analyst to support applied research in partnership with subject-matter experts, academic institutions, and government and NGO partners.
* Support implementation of Carter Center and Health Program policies; ensure staff awareness, compliance, and opportunities to contribute to operational improvements.
* Encourage ongoing professional development for self and staff through training, networking, and industry engagement.
* Perform other duties as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in a field related to the program and seven years of professional experience related to the program and previous supervisory and program/project management experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with domestic and/or international policy and program development, implementation, and evaluation to support caregivers and caregiving.
* Demonstrated proficiency in public health strategy development & implementation, project management, developing and implementing activities, staff supervision, budget preparation and execution, and partnership building.
* Excellent writing skills including writing for internal and executive staff as well as for the general public and funding proposals.
* Team player, diplomatic, skilled public speaker.

The Planning Program Manager coordinates the oversight of facilities planning activities, including space management, pre-planning, planning studies, capital planning, and assisting with the management of space data and building floor plans. In addition to supporting the department, the Planning Program Manager's duties will generally fall into one of the following groupings, although overlapping of duties may occur as needed:
Conducts critical analysis of space allocation proposals.
Maintains the space request tracker spreadsheet.
Produce computer-aided drawings, graphics, and photos for analysis and presentation.
Support the Capital Planning & Space Allocation Committee (CPSAC) by preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
Prepares project program including scope, cost, and schedule analysis.
Prepares facilities-related funding requests.

Job Summary
This Assistant Director of Southern Adventures is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, direction, and supervision of the Southern Adventure's outdoor recreation programs and adventure center. This role will coordinate and administer all aspects of the comprehensive Outdoor Adventures Program, including the outdoor rental center, 43 foot climbing wall, bouldering cave, outdoor leadership challenge course, adventure trips, educational clinics, bicycle maintenance shop, and the campus cycle rental program.

This position will be reporting to the Director of Academic Advising, the Assistant Director for Academic Success provides strategic leadership and direct support for student academic success initiatives at Oxford College.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This role focuses on proactive academic coaching, targeted programming, and case management for students facing academic challenges.
* The Assistant Director collaborates with faculty, staff, and campus partners to design and implement interventions that promote student retention, persistence, and holistic success.
* In addition, the Assistant Director manages Oxford College's Supplemental Instruction Program.
STUDENT SUPPORT & ACADEMIC COACHING:
* Provides individualized academic coaching to students, focusing on study strategies, time management, test-taking skills, and resource awareness.
* Develops and implements targeted support programs for neurodivergent students and other diverse learner populations.
* Serves as liaison to the Department of Accessibility Services (DAS), coordinating referrals and accommodations.
* Supports students through the readmission process and connects them with appropriate campus resources.
ACADEMIC CASE MANAGEMENT:
* Serves as a representative on Oxford's Care Hub team, coordinating academic support for students with complex needs.
* Monitors midterm status reports and conducts outreach to students flagged for academic concerns.
* Tracks student progress and develops individualized remediation plans for students on academic warning or probation.
* Manages end-of-term communications related to academic standing.
PROGRAM DEVLOPMENT & INSTRUCTION:
* Leads the Supplemental Instruction (SI) program, including recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of SI leaders.
* Serves as liaison to faculty participating in SI and provides instructional support for INTR courses, if applicable.
* Designs and delivers workshops and programming for students, faculty, and staff on academic success topics.
* Builds and maintains academic success resources on the Inside Oxford website and onboarding materials.
FACULTY & CAMPUS PARTNER COLLABORATION:
* Provides consultation and support to faculty regarding student academic concerns.
* Collaborates with campus partners including the Center for Counseling & Well-being, Department of Accessibility Services, and Student Support & Success Initiatives to coordinate student support.
* Participates in ongoing assessment of student success initiatives and contribute to data-informed decision-making.
* Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* A bachelor's degree in education or discipline related to academic advising assignment and three years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and data collection and analysis experience is preferred.

The Morningside Center for Innovative and Affordable Medicine is an interdisciplinary unit within the Woodruff Health Sciences Center at Emory University consisting of a core group of staff and affiliated faculty at Emory. The Center was created to promote research, education, and advocacy for effective and affordable medical treatments with an initial focus on repurposed drugs and cancer. The Program Manager will report to the Morningside Center Director and will work closely with the Clinical Director. The candidate manages daily operations for all aspects of the Morningside Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plans, administers, and monitors project budgets.
* Participates in the identification of funding sources for specific projects. Consults with or participates in calls with subject matter experts to plan the growth, evaluation, and future directions for the Center.
* Cultivates and forms strategic alliances both inside and outside Emory University with individual consultants or institutions.
* Manages the ReMedy-Cancer database to ensure that data is accurate, updated, and accessible.
* Assists with the development of internal grant RFPs and oversees peer review and reporting processes, including the design and upkeep of an online tool.
* Prepares communication documents for articles, reports, and/or presentations for key program stakeholders.
* Provides leadership regarding clinical research development and works with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies.
* Coordinates contract development, including contracts that do not have a traditional pathway.
* Develops short- and long-term program goals and objectives and oversees progress toward achieving project goals.
* Serves as a liaison with other university departments and represents projects at meetings and events.
