Emory University's School of Nursing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Research Interviewer to join their team. This position will play a key role in participant recruitment, engagement, and data collection for two important longitudinal studies focused on caregivers of individuals with dementia and patients undergoing home dialysis. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, efficient, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and work ethic while supporting research that makes a meaningful impact on patient care and caregiver well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruits, screens, identifies, contacts, and interviews participants to obtain data for assigned research projects.
Interviews may be conducted in person, in a clinical setting, the subject's residence, or by telephone.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of administrative support, customer service or other related experience which includes one year of interviewing experience.
Data entry experience.
Positions that require drawing blood require completion of a phlebotomy training program.

What you'll do:
* Conducting recreation surveys on lands adjacent to national marine sanctuary waters in a friendly and respectful manner.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
RN - Registered Professional Nurse with current unrestricted license with three years of relevant experience
OR
Masters prepared licensed or certified vocational rehabilitation counselor or other licensed or certified Allied Health professional with 2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas; acute medicine, long term care, mental health, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, rehabilitation and/or vocational counseling or equivalent
Ability to work in a team environment, interpret state and federal laws and regulations, meet performance deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Demonstrated experience using computer-based tools including electronic mail, word processing and database products.

As a Telephone Interviewer, your primary responsibility will be to collect survey research data by conducting phone interviews. You will follow scripted questionnaires, which typically take 10-15 minutes to complete. Surveying software will guide you through the questions and record participants' responses.
This role requires strong typing skills and comfort using a computer, including basic navigation through menus. You must be able to speak clearly and professionally using a telephone headset, and accurately record participants' verbal responses.
This is an in-person position at our call center located on the Durham Campus. Remote work may be available after a probationary period employees in good standing who meet remote work requirements.
Employees are expected to work between 8-20 hours per week. You will be responsible for selecting and maintaining your own schedule. Shifts are typically offered in 4-hour blocks:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Voice Audition Interviewers will meet with prospective students after their audition to help them debrief their experience, answer any questions they have about the program they're auditioning for, and get to know them a little bit. The role of Student Interviewer is vital to our admissions and recruitment process.
Interviewers will be hired to meet with undergraduate applicants as well as grad applicants to the MM Opera, MM Pedagogy, MM Voice Performance and MFA Musical Theater Pedagogy programs. Interviewers will work in pairs in approximately 4-5 hours shifts (morning or afternoon), and work is usually only on weekends, usually on Saturdays between early December and mid-February. Student interviewers must be currently enrolled in the program they are representing.
Must have good interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of their own program as well as a good sense of student life for a student in their respective degree program. Good communication skills and ability to help applying singers to feel at ease are key to the job. Successful applicants will have the ability to represent Boston Conservatory well and to recruit effectively for their program.
Student Admissions Interviewers get a behind the scenes look at admissions and recruitment and gain a better understanding of the process behind bringing new students into the school. They learn more about their own program and gain insight into the school at large. They learn to work as a team in an interview process and develop strategies for both putting an applicant at ease as well as drawing them into a conversation that is beneficial for all.
