The ProgramCoordinator (ETS) primary duties are organizing, coordinating, and planning operational facets of a program and its related activities which include, but are not limited to the following: establishing long-term operational objectives, researching factors that may impact the success of the program, and working with individuals or groups to research and document program requirements in order to provide appropriate input into the development of strategic plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors progress toward their achievement.
Conducts research and gathers information to develop various publications.
Develops promotional materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program.
Assists in developing and coordinatingprogram-related conferences, conventions, or meetings.
Monitors expenditures and may participate in the budget planning process and prepare financial reports.
May assist in identifying funding resources and developing fund-raising strategies and initiatives.
Prepares operational and statistical reports.
Conducts training, represents the program at meetings and conferences, and networks with affiliated groups.
May supervise assigned project staff, interns and/or volunteers.
Performs related responsibilities as required.
This is not an administrative support position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Primary work in ANU includes accommodation determination and coordination for housing and dining disability accommodation requests. On an as-needed basis and outside of peak periods within Residential Services (i.e. Returning Student Room Selection, new student housing assignments, etc.), this role contributes to the ANU team through classroom accommodation coordination (i.e. accommodation determination and intakes) and assists with front desk and testing services operations. Daily functions for Residential Services include coordination of requests for housing and dining exceptions, communicating with stakeholders, managing student information, and generating data to inform decision-making.
Reporting under the Division of Student Affairs, the position serves as a campus expert on student related matters regarding accommodations, equal access, and disability and makes compliance-based decisions on behalf of the University. This role provides ongoing leadership to offer services and programs which advance the educational mission of the University and Division of Student Affairs including developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures that recognizes disability as an essential aspect of our campus. This position also ensures compliance with federal, state, and local disability regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act.
Pay: The salary range for the Housing Access Coordinator position is $68,500 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Principal Accountabilities:
Disability-Related Accommodation and Exemption Management 70%
* Evaluates requests for disability housing and dining accommodations and provides ongoing accommodation support for students.
* Participate in regular Case Review meetings with Accessible NU for high level requests.

The Senior Associate Director (Sr. A.D.), Caregivers, reports to the Director of the Rosalynn Carter Mental Health & Caregivers Program (RCMHCP or MHCP) of the Health Programs and oversees the Caregiver pillar. The ProgramCoordinator for the Office of Medical Education and Student Affairs (OMESA) is a student facing multifaceted role that involves supporting the School of Medicine's academic/clinical programs, students, staff, and faculty. This role is responsible for coordinating various student affairs activities, handling department related tasks, and providing support across other divisions within OMESA. Effective execution of these responsibilities is crucial for the functioning of OMESA and requires attention to detail, problem solving and time management capabilities.
The ProgramCoordinator duties are organizing, coordinating, and planning operational facets of a program and its related activities which include, but are not limited to the following: establishing long-term operational objectives, researching factors that may impact the success of the program, and working with individuals or groups to research and document program requirements in order to provide appropriate input into the development of strategic plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors progress toward their achievement.
Conducts research and gathers information to develop various publications.
Develops promotional materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program.
Assists in developing and coordinatingprogram-related conferences, conventions, or meetings.
Monitors expenditures and may participate in the budget planning process and prepare financial reports.
May assist in identifying funding resources and developing fund-raising strategies and initiatives.
Prepares operational and statistical reports.
Conducts training, represents the program at meetings and conferences, and networks with affiliated groups. May supervise assigned project staff, interns and/or volunteers.
Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide oversight and operational leadership for residency and fellowship programs in Pathology and Emergency Medicine, ensuring alignment with ACGME and institutional requirements.
Administrative partner to Program Directors.
Supervise and mentor ProgramCoordinators across both departments, supporting workflow management, training, and consistent administrative standards.
Manage accreditation and compliance activities, duty hour reporting, surveys, and program complement changes.
Coordinate key program functions such as recruitment (ERAS/NRMP), onboarding, scheduling, didactics, and semiannual trainee evaluations.
Serve as primary administrative liaison for faculty, trainees, applicants, and hospital partners, supporting rotations, observerships, and visiting residents.
Oversee program budgets, procurement, and administrative processes to ensure efficient and compliant program operations.
Maintain and oversee data systems for schedules, evaluations, rosters, and required documentation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program and seven years of professional experience related to the program and previous supervisory and program/project management experience, OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Master's degree preferred.
