Extremely rude coordinators that are unorganized and will learn how to do their job while experimenting with you. 3. Contractor for teacher training can not be held accountable. He will speak openly about Jesus without considering whether the audience is Christian. Will additionally dominate the time and consider very little how he is being perceived.

1. Hire people that will challenge the organization, rather than gossip behind close doors. 2. Give coordinators time to learn their job before given their staff to manage. 3. Have management open to feedback rather than extremely offended when someone speaks up. 4. Manage complaints of staff members wiser. 5. Ensure each person given a management responsibility is MATURE enough to handle the job.
