Selection Criteria Bachelor s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred- Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 5+ years of experience in workforce services. 5+ years of business development or client engagement experience in various high-demand industries. 3+ years of people management experience leading diverse teams and fostering inclusive, collaborative environments. Previous registered apprenticeship program experience. Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation, with the ability to connect across generations and backgrounds.
