It offers tax compliance solutions, including calculating employee withholdings, administering pre- and post-tax payroll deductions, preparing and submitting tax payments, maintaining compliance with changing tax laws, preparing W-2 and W-3 forms, and filing 940 and 941 reports; and assuming liability for payroll taxes, reporting, and audits.
