RecruitLoop Australian Network

Some of the most well known luxury brands have flagship stores in New York, Paris, London, Tokyo and Rome. The world’s financial titans are stationed in London, New York, and Hong Kong. While the largest airlines have chosen hubs in Dallas, Frankfurt, London and Singapore.

One of the best things about an online startup, is the ability to serve a global audience immediately, from anywhere.

RecruitLoop is a company that sits somewhere in between.

We’re an online startup, that connects a network of people ‘on the ground’ to serve clients in a new market. As we approach our first birthday in August, we’ve been steadily building an international presence from our base in Sydney.

We now have a network of recruiters working actively with clients across Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines, and Saudi Arabia – with plans to enter into Asia in the not too distant future.

Our entry into international markets has been interesting. Expansion across Australia was always our first focus. But enquires soon arrived from employers in New Zealand. So we quickly developed an initial group of recruiters across the Tasman.

We were pretty excited recently when this very blog grabbed the attention of a highly experienced recruiter in Riyadh, ultimately opening doors to recruiters and businesses right across the Gulf Countries.

Not our Recruiter in Riyadh

In the last few weeks we’ve also had experienced recruiters from the Ukraine, Japan and Thailand reach out to us since they, too, are wanting to do things a little differently.

Meanwhile one of our Aussie recruiters currently traveling through South America has been filling development roles in Australia while also speaking to organisations in the UK keen on Australian talent.

The world is getting smaller all the time, and thanks to our video interview tool, time zones are now no longer an issue. Our recruiters can source candidates from anywhere and share the video interviews with clients who can then assess the candidates wherever and whenever they want.

In 1873 Jules Verne wrote the classic Around the World in 80 Days. Today, this happens in a blink.

It’s not uncommon for us to meet (OK through Skype) with colleagues in San Francisco, recruiters traveling through Rio or working in Riyadh, while part of our sales team based in Auckland discusses recruitment needs with customers in Perth and Singapore.

Just a typical day at RecruitLoop!
