How long have you been a part of the RecruitLoop community?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

I first joined the RecruitLoop community around a year ago, but it’s really been in the last few months that I’ve started to get actively involved.<\/p>\n

What were you doing before you met us?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

Like many of my fellow Loopers<\/em>,\u00a0I’ve been recruiting by myself for many years. There are so many benefits to being an independent recruiter. However, as\u00a0the 1980s American Express tag line said, when it comes to being part of the RecruitLoop community,\u00a0membership has its privileges<\/em>.<\/p>\n

What is the best part, for you, of being a Looper?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

I value the support and advice from other recruiters (the PowerLoopers\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0RecruitMentors<\/em>)\u00a0and the success team behind the RecruitLoop platform.<\/p>\n

What RecruitLoop feature do you think is the most awesome?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

I really like the OnDemand and flexible service offering.<\/p>\n

What is your funniest RecruitLoop moment?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

When I received a candidate profile\u00a0adorned with a picture of Hagrid\u00a0from\u00a0Harry Potter<\/em>, I have to admit I thought that was pretty amusing.<\/p>\n

Why do you believe the RecruitLoop model works so well?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

It allows me to promote a network of other expert recruiters who can work on positions that aren’t in my niche. It also opens up options for SMBs to gain access to a cost effective recruitment solution and also provides an alternative for enterprise corporate recruiting teams.<\/p>\n

What are your passions and interests outside work?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

I’m a proud and loving father and husband. I love animals, falconry, and archery.<\/p>\n

What is something other Loopers may not know about you?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

I played BIG10 Division 1 football as a running back, nevertheless!<\/p>\n

What 5 words would your clients use to describe you?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

Creative, professional, and responsive. I know they asked for 5, but these 3 really do sum me up perfectly!<\/p>\n

If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

Intolerance.<\/p>\n

If you could have dinner with five famous people (alive or dead) who would they be and why?<\/b><\/em><\/h2>\n

1. Benjamin Franklin for dozens of reasons.<\/p>\n

2. Henry Ford so I might learn from his perseverance.<\/p>\n

3. John Belushi because it would be flipping funny.<\/p>\n

4. Walter Payton because it would be pure sweetness.<\/p>\n
