Asking them to work longer hours may not be the answer.<\/p>\n<p>While conventional wisdom might imply more hours worked equals more productivity, a new study from our friends at GetCRM\u00a0suggests otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>They have analyzed the GDP per capita and hours worked data of 35 countries from around the globe to examine the relationship between productivity and hours worked.<\/p>\n<p>Surprisingly, the data indicates there is actually an inverse relationship between hours worked and productivity, meaning that the countries who worked more hours were actually less profitable.
