As a business leader, one of the questions that you might get asked multiple times is whether you\u2019re a leader or manager.<\/p>\n

For many, these two are the same and can be used interchangeably, but this is a fallacy. In fact, being a manager does not automatically make one a leader, no matter how it seems similar colloquially.
