But\u00a0the whole point of passive sourcing is to find candidates who don\u2019t think they\u2019re interested in leaving their jobs and convincing them to give your open role a chance.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Passive candidates are motivated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zippia.com\/employer\/attractive-compensation-plans-theres-more-to-it-than-the-dollars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">better compensation and benefits<\/a>, greater opportunity for career advancement, and better work-life balance.
