Assists the vocational adjustment coordinator (VAC) to provide information on district, state, and federal requirements for transition planning for secondary students with developmental delays and assists VAC to conduct training sessions for middle and high school campuses in the region. Reviews vocational assessment data and vocational IEP goals with the special education Life Skills teacher and conducts job site analysis to match training site based on individual needs of each student. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
