Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager or Director of Facilities, the Facilities Maintenance Lead will lead the local Facilities team with day-to-day tasks/requests and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of facilities, and grounds. Additionally, the Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading projects or project sections involving the enhancement and design of all interior and exterior occupied space which includes the remodel of existing space and construction of new space. Ensure routine maintenance to the HVAC systems (belt, filter, and thermostat replacements), and assist with specific maintenance to the systems. Assists in preparing construction specifications and project plans. Directs contracted projects to ensure adherence, follows all specifications. Assists management in solving issues with service providers. Coordinates all facility inspections; report findings and coordinates required repairs and/or replacements. Maintains and controls adequate building temperatures utilizing software systems at sites where applicable. Work with maintenance vendors for mowing, trees, shrubs, bedding areas, and snow removal. Also works with janitorial vendor to ensure quality services are provided. Work with vendors and fuel distributors on preventative maintenance plans. 1. Execute service and maintenance of production and prototype equipment supporting test activities. This is a long-term contract opportunity not available for C2C. requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card). RESPONSIBILITIES Program PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Light Curtains, etc. for the parts team. Provide technical support via phone, email, and video to customers, service technicians, and spare parts coordinators. Document and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and programming issues Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, sales, etc.) to develop a resolution for the issue. Follow up on open service tickets. Ensure the service ticket is completely documented and all collaborating data and communication is attached. Create requests to the parts group for warranty and contract parts orders and part quotes based on field service technician requests. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of Associate's Degree in a related field. 3-5 years of experience servicing, testing, maintaining, or providing troubleshooting support for controls-based industrial equipment. Detail-oriented, self-starter, with excellent customer service skills and a strong technical aptitude. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Is proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Work schedule is Monday through Friday (8 hours/day) with periodic rotation to cover early or late shift (10am-7pm).
