SCOPE: Provides information, advocacy, and case management stabilization services for consumer participants of the Self- Determination Program (SDP). SUPERVISION: Receives general supervision from Consumer Services Supervisor/Manager. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (These are examples of the types of duties that may be performed.
